House Republicans introduce legislation to stem flow of Palestinians into US amid Israel-Hamas war

The legislation introduced would prevent those with passports issued by the Palestinian Authority to be eligible for visas or to get admission into the U.S.

House Republicans have introduced legislation titled the Guaranteeing Aggressors Zero Admission Act, or the GAZA Act, to stop the flow of Palestinians from coming into the U.S. amid the ongoing Israel-Hamas war.

The legislation was introduced by Reps. Tom Tiffany (R-Wis.) and Andy Ogles (R-Tenn.)

“We can’t let President Biden abuse our parole and visa rules to bring unvetted Palestinians into American communities the way he did with thousands of unvetted Afghans,” Tiffany wrote on X, formerly called Twitter. “I introduced the GAZA Act to protect America’s national security.”

After the botched withdrawal from Afghanistan in 2021, the Biden administration allowed thousands of Afghanistan refugees to be resettled in the U.S. and it was recently revealed that they “have not all been given interviews” by federal law enforcement officials, according to Breitbart.

  1. Big flies in the ointment:

Bill would have to pass Democrat majority Senate.
    and
Bribem would have to sign a bill restricting his ability to bring terrorists to USA.
