A Baltimore County man was charged for voting in a past Maryland Gubernatorial Election without having U.S. citizenship, according to the office of the Maryland State Prosecutor.
Maryland State Prosecutor Charlton Howard III announced that charges were filed against Francis Bagnall, a Baltimore County resident, for voting in the 2018 Maryland Gubernatorial General Election without having the legal authority to vote.
According to the charging documents, Bagnall was not a U.S. citizen when he voted in the 2018 election. The charging documents also say that Bagnall registered to vote in Maryland in 1996, misrepresenting his citizenship status.
“Election integrity is of the utmost importance to the survival of our democracy,” Howard said in a news release. “Our office will continue to investigate and take legal action as appropriate where an individual is alleged to have voted in Maryland without the legal authority to do so.”
You think he’s the only one? Plenty of them have, but since he is the subject of this, he should be held up as an example of what happens if you do that…………..HARSH punishment and deportation!
He registered with the Board if Elections in 1996 and nobody caught this until 2018 ??
Thousands of bum votes and ONE man is prosecuted?
Nahhhhh…there is no voter fraud according to the lefties! You KNOW they are already figuring out ways to cheat next election cycle…
