Does anyone know just what actual work is being done on the Bypass and Rt. 50 where the speed limit drops? It seems to me the state is doing everything they can to increase revenue and in some cases they have concrete barriers to secure safety in these construction zones anyway.
I see this a lot in DC along 95/495. Every so often one pops up with a state camera vehicle taking license plate pics. Usually they are around merge areas and I think they are used for traffic calming. It works so long as there is a vehicle there. Not at all if there isn’t.

Yes I received a speeding ticket in the mail for I believe $40 but the funny thing is that it was at night when no one was working and I wasn’t driving the truck. Fortunately there is a box you can check if you weren’t driving the vehicle .

City of Salisbury is all about wasteful spending. Streets in and around have got pot holes everywhere. Shit town.
But there are multiple wonderful bike lanes, corridors and set-asides in fabulous condition because they never get used. Archaeologists of the future will conclude the ‘bury was a biker’s haven because these pristine pathways alone withstood the test of time. They’ll also conclude the settlement failed because of a lack of public parking.
On Friday, I saw a cop car hiding behind a barricade on Old Ocean City Rd. where the overpass is. Sneaky bastards!!!

This morning at about 7:15, I was traveling 50 wb to drop off my kids at school and saw a white SUV being set up by a worker. I’m pretty sure it is a camera car because it has those big lights on it on the front. Drivers beware.
