Thievery in the DC metro area and the BW corridor is out of hand. But parking with a good view of the front doors of any of those area Walmarts can be entertaining.
This is interesting because just yesterday morning I heard a coworker boasting that she doesn’t scan everything she puts in her shopping cart at the self checkout lanes. She openly told another coworker that she goes through the motions of acting like she scans each item, but deliberately doesn’t let the scanner read the bar code on many items. Then she boasted that she’s never been caught. And this is in Salisbury Maryland.
Eventually they’ll close the store. No way Giant will operate under those conditions.
