Continue to enjoy the offseason (real season). Sunday was packed, monday the tourons escaped west and sat in a 18 mile backup to the Bay Bridge (the md chart cams showed it all!!!) Tues Wed Thurs it was nice, quiet and empty on the island. Rode around and saw many business with shorter weekday hours or closed until the weekend. Times are still tough. Now the shoulder season begins for 2 months….where City Fail jams 7 out of 8 weekends with downtown major events.
All in hopes of making up $$$$$ which wasnt generated during mid weeks of the summef season. Cant make up revenue you didnt make dummies.
Crabs, clams, mussels and grilled chix on the weekends menu. Bourbon to wash it down.

Ahhh…. The weekend. Let’s see…puttsed around yesterday before he at fishtales. Got some crab from Mark this morning at crabs to go. Wife is stuffing flounder while I keep an eye on the grands, who are getting big fast. Church tomorrow morning followed by putting the pontoon in the water and cruising around the island with the family ( no nap this week!)
