City of Salisbury Maryland Has Their Own Tails Between Their Legs

Stray cats? Let the City know!

Our Animal Control monitors and responds to reports of stray cats, works diligently to trap them and then bring them to the Humane Society for health check ups and rehoming. Reporting the stray cats is the very beginning of the process so let us know if you see any felines without a home while in City limits.

Salisbury Citizen Problem Reporter can be found at the link below and you can use it to report non-emergency issues directly to the City.

Edit: We apologize, this post was an internal project and was not meant to be posted publicly. We are very sorry for the confusion when reading this information and appreciate your understanding.

Publishers Notes: I encourage you to read the comments in the City’s Facebook Post. Many have been trying to get the City to admit these cats will be sent to the Humane Society and in fact will be euthanized. Because of the pressure through comments the City then came back trying to say this was an internal memo and not meant for the public to see, BS!

I encourage you to go look at the comments on the City’s Facebook page. It will blow your mind.

  1. “… in fact will be euthanized”? Really? I don’t see where it says that. I thought the humane society rescued them and tried to get them adopted.

    1. Yeah, Ocean Pines said the same thing about the geese that were going to ‘relocated’. Then they were euthanized, and when the community found out and started asking questions, they said they donated the meat to the local shelters….except the stuff that kills the geese kills people too. You better believe that these brainiacs will indeed kill every one of these cats if nobody is looking.

      1. Love that construction orange mesh fence that the Pines put all around the “pond” to help prevent geese/ducks crossing 589. Psst – how about the like pond in front of SouthGate?

Do the geese/ducks know not to go there – hence no mesh fence?

        HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH

  2. If you’re counting feral cat tails, Salisbury has a lot.

Keep those sandboxes covered when not in use, wear gloves while gardening, wash hands afterwards.

  3. I was told recently by the Humane Society that they will trap the feral cats and kittens. Or if you catch them they will pick them up all will be spayed or neutered and they will find homes for them or return them if you request back to your area where the are used to & being fed. I was just told this a few weeks ago!

  4. Jake day destroyed Salisbury !! He created a city of “feril people” let alone the cat issues. Look at the crime and shootings everywhere in the city, drug addicts begging for money on every corner, what a shithole

    1. I hate those who seek Gender transformation

JAKE DAY is a typical Democrat. (comments from 730pm)

Create crisis and than to to throw money at the crisis to fix it.

Jake created Bike Lanes, Turn abouts, Transgender Parades , ect and everything Jake did created more bullchit

Now, we have Jake in Annapolis whispering in Wes Moore’s ear..

Jake hates the shore because we know him and his dirty abusing secrets

We need to watch our open land, woods and farms.

Jake wants more government housing on the shore

    2. And he did it all to promote his political career. Not for the good if the town. He knew pushing a liberal agenda would get him marks with the state higher ups. It worked.

  5. The HUMAN SOCIETY / ANIMAL CONTROL is worthless. They will do nothing. Over the past year I have notified the ANIMAL CONTROL about DOGS in my yard and they have done nothing. I have sent them pictures that they say they needed. Sent the peoples names and address. Still nothing. They need to be fired or hire more. If I get bit or my dog injured they will be named in a lawsuit. These people have about 3 acres and will not fence these dogs in.
