Anglers are beginning to report white perch holding near docks, prominent points, and structure along shorelines. Casting small jigs and spinners is becoming more productive.
May is traditionally a very good month for snakehead fishing. Snakeheads will be aggressively feeding when they are in a pre-spawn mode, and they have not yet retreated to the thick shallow grass.
