    1. Local Resident

Obviously they say what they want and do something else. Take a look at “The Ross” building downtown. It was built for student housing, I even have a photo of the banner attached high on the building that stated “Future Student Housing” only to be turned into section 8 housing. Downtown Salisbury will be a total Shithole in no time. So keep electing the good ole boys and girls, and you’ll keep getting shit on.

  1. People wake up. Just look around Wicomico County and look at all the townhomes and apartments being built. You have to say to yourself who’s living in these places without any jobs around here. All these places that are being built have section 8 status, so they get paid by the govt to house people. Becoming little Baltimore around here. They all lie about what they’re supposedly building. Groups of investors doing this now.

  2. Why do we even need more parks when we cannot provide the basic essentials for the parks and Civic Center as we speak? During the meeting of the minds of the first 100 days the “so called” Great Steve Miller boasted Harmon Field,Pirates Wharf and the Civic Center. There is no way the county can support all these places without outside contractors let alone build the West Metro Core. It is all about bragging rights. Gary Mackes wanted the West Metro Core and Bob Culver wanted Pirates Wharf and the taxpayer holds the bag as Obama Miller moves forward to smooth it all out and make himself the hero as Don and Keith Coffin sit back and laugh at what they pulled over Wicomico County.

  3. this is part of their plan to bust up neighborhoods with section 8 housing! how can they saturate this area with apartments and no water or sewer access, oh that’s right all those areas and existing housing will be folded into lil baltimore! making one big ghetto! bringing the ghetto to you!
