The three men beat Liming to death and later bragged about it to friends.

This was most definitely a hate crime of black on White. There would riots and burning of cities and looting going on if this had been the other way around…………White on black.
Death penalty would take care of them, and prevent some killings in the future. USA is way too soft on crime.
