One Year Later: 5 Republicans Who Voted for Trump Impeachment Have Learned What It Cost

Tom Rice, John Katko, Fred Upton, Adam Kinzinger and Anthony Gonzalez. Five Republican members of Congress who voted to impeach President Donald Trump.

Rice lost in a recent Republican primary and the rest are not running for re-election.

Political decisions have consequences. The careers of Rice, Katko, Upton, Kingzinger and Gonzalez are examples of that.

  1. This has also started to appear in down-ballot elections.

For instance, I have read that Dan Cox (candidate for Governor of MD – replacing a RINO) has President Trump’s endorsement. Kelly Schulz does not have that similar endorsement – but has the anchor of Larry Hogan’s RINO label.

Having learned recently that Robin Ficker was disbarred (and his “two-cents” gimmick won’t work with the rest of the Annapaholes we keep electing) makes the Republican Gubernatorial primary a fiarly easy selection.

Having said that, if Dan Cox loses the primary to Kelly Schulz (does “two-cents” even have a chance?), I’ll vote for her instead of ANY Democrat!

    1. What did it really cost them?? They have already. Amassed millions as side benefits as well as a lifetime fantastically wealthy retirement at taxpayer expense..
