Out of touch as ever, President Biden celebrated record-high gas prices Monday, gushing that the pump pain was part of “an incredible transition” of the US economy away from fossil fuels.
“[When] it comes to the gas prices, we’re going through an incredible transition that is taking place that, God willing, when it’s over, we’ll be stronger and the world will be stronger and less reliant on fossil fuels when this is over,” Biden said during a press conference in Japan following his meeting with Prime Minister Fumio Kishida.
The president then insisted that his administration’s actions, rather than increasing the price of gas, had actually been able to “keep it from getting worse — and it’s bad.”
Only then did Biden pay lip service to millions of Americans who have found themselves spending thousands of extra dollars to fuel up their vehicles.
“The price of gas at the pump is something that I told you — you heard me say before — it would be a matter of great discussion at my kitchen table when I was a kid growing up,” Biden said before admitting, “It’s affecting a lot of families.”
As Biden spoke, the average cost of a gallon of gas nationwide sat at $4.596 per gallon. Several states are seeing an average cost of more than $5, while California’s average cost sits just above $6, according to AAA.
What an a$$hole!
He has NEVER done ANYTHING except get rich as a “public servant”.

I just talked to one of them and I could hardly stand it —-they had a reason or an excuse for why NONE of our current problems are biden’s fault. None of them.
Energy and gas? Nope.
Grocery prices? Nope.

World leaders laughing at our “leader” as he stutters, fumbles, and bumbles his way around the globe?

Don’t worry, nobody’s talking about that stuff anymore because the democrats used their favorite distraction tactic of a school shooting. Ever notice how the school shootings only happen while Democrats are in office and doing poorly. Don’t worry about the economy, inflation, how you’re going to feed or family this week or even afford to drive to work. We need more gun laws on top of the THOUSANDS that we have already because that is what’s going to work! Don’t you know, criminals and laws work so well together! Get ready for some more extreme, unconscionable gun legislation coming very soon!
obiden is promoting unaffordable gas prices with false hope that people will just go buy an unaffordable electric car, and the environmentalist will be happy. Hundreds of coal fired and nuclear power plants, which produce reliable power 24 hours a day, were shut down during obama’s eight years in power, expecting wind and solar power to replace this loss. Wind and solar farms do not produce enough power at this time and some power companies are already predicting rolling brown outs and black outs. Now picture this, you drive home from work in your electric car, push the button to open your electric garage door, and nothing happens. The power company has decided it’s your turn to be without electricity for the next 24 hours. No electricity, possibly no going to work tomorrow, a day short on next weeks pay check, etc, etc. This forced weening from petroleum and fossil fuels is a disaster coming to your house soon.
