BREAKING: Foreclosures Up 181% in One Year – Home Sales Down 12.6% vs. Last Year

Another Joe Biden record!
Foreclosures are up 181% in one year. Home sales are down 12.6% year over year.

Some eight months after a nationwide moratorium on foreclosures expired, foreclosure filings soared to the highest level since the pandemic began.

Last month, 33,333 properties across the U.S. faced foreclosure, a 181 percent jump from March 2021 and 29 percent pop from February, according to a report by foreclosure tracker Attom. The first quarter saw 78,271 properties with a foreclosure filing, a 39 percent from the previous quarter and 132 percent from last year.

  1. Democrats.

The facts don’t lie (democrats do, however, all the time).

Can they find ONE statistic that shows they are doing ANY good at all?

I’ll let you go with anything here, even something like the number of puppies born and adopted have increased under biden……anything.

People are losing their homes, jobs, and savings as the democrats squeeze and bleed them dry.
Raggety Ann keep telling us BS that says nothing specific at all. We are “working on it” and the “President is aware of the problem” and other generic crap that doesn’t answer any question. ALL they are sure of is it’s NOT biden’s fault, Republicans are racist, and the country is doing absolutely great.
YOU are racist if you disagree and might, in the next few minutes, be a target of the “Ministry of Truth”.
EVERYTIME biden speaks, democrats spend the next week explaining what he meant (which is never anything close to what he actually said.

We have to endure 2 1/2 more years of this Bozo show?
We won’t make it that far.

    REVOLUTION, people. Now.

  2. CRY BABY DEMOCRATS best thing to happen would be every open chair becomes a Republican Man the tears would flood the earth

  3. Before Biden, home ownership among black people was the highest in history, then he pulled the rug out from under them, the most vulnerable home buyers and mortgage borrowers in the marketplace. This man has respect for no one.

  4. I have been looking for work for over a year now. Not a part time minimum wage job with no benefits, but one comparable to the one I lost. Although with my over 25 years in finance I thought I would be a shoe in at Aldi’s as a cashier, but apparently you need a cashier degree to ring people up and give change and alas I do not have a degree in that field.

I did have an interview at an Accounting firm but their deal was, you get a low salary but must work overtime and weekends and if they like you by the end of the year , you will get a bonus equal to a fraction of the overtime you put in. Excuse me for not feeling blessed with that spectatular offer, but, no thank you.

How am I going to pay the $1500 rent for my 3rd floor 800 sq ft apt without a job? Or the $600 a month for health care that doesn’t even cover basic medicine that I now have to pay out of pocket for?

Forget about a new car, but if you do have an accident it will take them 3 months before they can get your vehicle in for repair. I’m getting used to the sound of the wind whistling on the passenger side where the guy
drove into me because he was distracted with his door dash order. Nice guy, but not a good driver.

I’m afraid I will have to decline to participate in any christmas present exchange, but if it moves you, feel free to get me a walmart gift card so I can buy a can or two of soup.

With higher interest rates I had to decline purchase of that new $400K house that is only 1500 sq ft built on the west side of ghettobury a block or so from Booth St. What a steal!
