I don’t often post anything but I am pissed that Wicomico County schools did not have a fog delay this morning. We were told last night that there was going to be bad fog this morning. All other school districts delayed, but I guess they don’t care if kids get hit in the morning.
Someone needs to set an alarm clock, wipe the sleep out their eyes and make the call. If they can’t do that job then they should be fired! I sure hope no kid is hurt this morning. My buss stop is on a major intersection and we can’t even see the bus!

Was told the BOE voted on a 90min delay or nothing earlier in the school year. It’s also picture day…they probably didn’t want to have to reschedule.
There was a bad wreck in front of the Hebron Royal Farms too this morning just before 8am.
There was no such BOE vote. Get your facts first before you post Who told you. Give names to make your post believeable.
I was also curious as to why there was no delay since the visibility was down to .3MI and everywhere else was delayed. Even Jersey Road crew workers were absent.

If one feels different, then take control of the situation and adjust. You should have taken your kids to school. At least you would know they got their safely. Dont complain about public servants making choices about opening closing or delays. You make the decision since they are your kids.
