Walmart ends mask mandate for vaccinated employees

In addition, daily health screens will come to an end Feb. 28, except for employees in California, New York and Virginia, the company said

Walmart announced Friday it has ended its mask mandate for fully vaccinated employees.

Walmart considers “fully vaccinated” to be the full two-dose regimen of either the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine or the single dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.

If the employees are unvaccinated, they must continue to wear masks.

Those who work in clinical care settings or direct patient contact must wear masks whether they are vaccinated or not.

  1. So now we have a whole new class of discrimination, which is now the unvaccinated.
Another reason to not shop at any Walmart store.
It has always been a bad experience anyway to shop there.

    1. Early early in the morn is the only time to go to the Berlin store. Very interesting who you see that early in the morn too!!!

  2. Discrimination is going on here in Wicomico County also. Just ask anyone who is not vaxed and they will tell you. Some people like to use the vax rule to control people and make themselves feel important.
