Community Action Team – PWID Cocaine
Incident:  Possession with Intent to distribute Cocaine
Date of Incident: December 15, 2021
Location: 100 Block of Hunters Way Fruitland, MD
Suspects:
1. John Mckinley Farrare (59 years of age)
2. Tyrone Donte Anderson (43 years of age)
3. Letisha Ann Anderson (42 years of age)
Narrative:
The Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office Community Action Team (CAT) conducted an investigation into a John Mckinley Farrare distributing controlled dangerous substances in Wicomico County, MD.  Through the investigation, a search and seizure warrant was obtained for John Farrare’s person. On 12/15/2021, members of the Wicomico County Sheriffs Office Criminal Investigation Division and CAT served the search warrant on Farrare’s person.  When deputy’s attempted to stop Farrare he attempted to flee but was quickly apprehended.  Farrare was found to be in possession of 29.45 grams of crack cocaine.
An additional search and seizure warrant was obtained for Tyrone Anderson’s residence in the 100 block of Hunters Way Fruitland, MD.  A search of the residence revealed 11.59 grams of crack cocaine, 7.69 grams of powder cocaine, a digital scale, $6,875.00 in US currency, and packaging material. Additionally, items indicative of the manufacturing of a narcotic were located.
Farrare and Tyrone Anderson were both arrested on 12/15/2021 and held at the Wicomico County Detention Center.  On 12/21/2021 Letisha Anderson was arrested, held without bond at the Wicomico County Detention Center and released the following day.
On 01/24/2021 the Wicomico County Grand Jury returned indictments for Farrare, Tyrone Anderson and Latisha Anderson with additional charges.
This investigation was a coordinated effort between the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office, Salisbury Police Department, and the Fruitland Police Department under the Maryland Criminal Intelligence Network (MCIN). The Governor’s Office of Crime Prevention, Youth, and Victim Services (GOCCP) provides grant funding and strategic support to MCIN member sites to identify, disrupt, and dismantle criminal organizations through inter-agency collaboration and data sharing to make Maryland safer.

  1. so you arrest and want to incarcerate these aspiring entrepreneurs ($peanuts) while the really big pharma fish push their poisons on an unsuspecting public while greasing ($billions) the palms of the very politicians who write the rules!
