Majority of Americans Now Identify as Republican After Massive 14 Percent Swing in One Year!

The majority of Americans now identify as Republican after a 14 point swing to the right in 2021.

A newly released Gallup survey found that over the course of 2021, the Democrats fell from a nine-percentage-point advantage in the first quarter to Republicans having a five-point edge in the fourth quarter.

“The GOP has held as much as a five-point advantage in a total of only four quarters since 1991. The Republicans last held a five-point advantage in party identification and leaning in early 1995, after winning control of the House of Representatives for the first time since the 1950s. Republicans had a larger advantage only in the first quarter of 1991, after the U.S. victory in the Persian Gulf War led by then-President George H.W. Bush.,” the pollsters reported.

The pollsters believe that much of the shift is due to the rising disapproval of Joe Biden since he took office.

    1. ALL the Trump RALLYS PROVE HE WON & the NEW RALLYS DO TOO !!!!

How Many were EVER at a Biden RALLY ????? Not Very Many EVER !!!!

  1. Majority of seasoned adults are conservative. Many probably had “change the world” ideals when much young – then REALITY hit. Looks like REALITY is hitting that younger generation whereas bills are due and live with mom/dad isn’t as fancy as first thought.

In other words, the snowflakes are melting and some lightbulbs have popped “ON”.

Not to mention those I-phones and androids are very very expensive, especially when one does have a JOB!

Now lets ALL get to work!

    1. This is correct. When I graduated from school I was a registered Dem. At that time the dem party did not represent all that it does now. I am so glad I researched my info to the best of my ability and switched my party.

  2. Identify? Now that sounds like some transgender thing. I really don’t look to the Party or any politician to affirm my beliefs or values to make me feel validated or in the right or beholding to a Leader I find like-minded. I run my own household and family career wealth and holdings and have since Nixon. My choices outperform their visions of reality making and nation-building and however any of them come and go does not affect my or my families well being or legacy. A lot of precious time and energy and thought gets wasted getting tied up in Political nonsense. When everything you could possibly want to have is in your own hands if you know how to navigate the nonsense and not fall prey to institutions and false ideologies, panderings of belonging, and fantasies of being in the right. I vote sportingly like I love horse racing and hedge my bets.
