Kamala Harris is reportedly grousing that the media is being mean to her because of her race and gender, according to a report in the New York Times.
She’s been telling her supporters that she thinks the coverage of her would be better if she were any of her predecessors, “all of whom were white and male,” the Times notes. “She also has confided in them about the difficulties she is facing with the intractable issues in her portfolio, such as voting rights and the root causes of migration.”
Oh, how shocking to pull out the race and sex card. How about the problem is that she doesn’t seem all that interested in addressing the primary job with which she has been identified — dealing with the issues of illegal immigration at the border?
There’s no doubt that the border can be a tough issue, particularly when the Biden policies have only made things worse. Biden assigned her that, so one might ask what he was thinking when he gave her an assignment that could only hurt her — since he’s not going to correct the bad policies. But the bottom line is that she hasn’t seemed all that engaged in the effort and that’s all on her.
As the Times story even notes, Rep. Henry Cuellar (D-TX), a moderate who has been very upset about the problems at the border, said his experiences with Harris’ office have been disappointing. Cuellar offered to talk with her and give her help when she did her brief layover visit to his state. When Mr. Cuellar heard she was traveling to the border in June, he had his staff call her office to offer help and advice for her visit. They never called him back.
“I say this very respectfully to her: I moved on,” Mr. Cuellar said. “She was tasked with that job, it doesn’t look like she’s very interested in this, so we are going to move on to other folks that work on this issue.”
She is such a whinny incompetent bitch. When she isn’t capable of doing her job, she does the usual thing, blames eveybody else and pulls out the old, worn out race card. That’s getting old! Why doesn’t she just throw the towel in and go back to the comfort and safety of Willie Brown? She’s so much more qualified for that.

It’s getting to be too often that we see people in elected positions be
not up to the tasks of office, then divert attention from the failures and
inaction with racism and sexism accusations. To hear them from a sitting
VP is almost unbelievable.
It has nothing to do with her race or gender, just her stupidity she couldn,t run a Walmart counter and absolutely nothing against Walmart employees. She was under qualified as an attorney and every position she has had. She just fit what the Dems wanted a woman VP, and a black they could have better in that pool fitting that criteria.
