A regulatory proposal for blue crabs has been printed in the Maryland Register.
The department is seeking comments on the proposal. Comments provide the department with additional information and perspectives.
Please visit our Changes to Fishing Regulations page for information about what has been proposed and how to submit comments. A public hearing will be held on December 8, 2021 at 1 p.m.
All comments must be received by 11:59 p.m. January 3, 2022.
