GEORGIA GOVERNOR BRIAN KEMP’S ELECTION AUDIT REPORT ADMITS MASSIVE FULTON ERRORS FIRST REVEALED BY VOTERGA

ATLANTA, Nov. 27, 2021 – A new report recently released by the office of Georgia Governor Brian Kemp acknowledged massive errors and fraudulent reporting in the hand count audit of Fulton County mail-in ballots conducted on November 14 and 15 for the 2020 Presidential election. Gov. Kemp sent a 36-point report  to the State Election Board showing inconsistencies first revealed by VoterGA. Kemp also sent a cover letter asking them to investigate the audit reporting, review the audit methodology and take corrective action.

The Kemp report was based on an analysis voluntarily provided to Kemp’s office by retired Perry, Ga. executive Joe Rossi and attorney Jack James. The office independently verified the veracity of their claims for several weeks. The Rossi and James analysis is based on conclusions first revealed at a July 13 VoterGA press conference that featured a review of inconsistencies by David Cross, Portfolio Manager and owner of U.S. Asset Management. Gov. Kemp commended Rossi and James for their work as did VoterGA co-founder, Garland Favorito who stated: “We are truly grateful that Joe and Jack devoted months of effort to review the indefensible audit anomalies with Gov. Kemp’s office.”

The Kemp report identified 36 instances of duplicate or misidentified batches in the Fulton audit. Most of the examples are part of 36 incorrectly reported batches and 4,255 duplicate reported votes that were added to the Fulton November audit results according to Cross and VoterGA. The misidentified batches are part of the errors that comprised a whopping 60% batch error rate revealed at the press conference.

Vote misallocations also identified in the Kemp report highlight 7 falsified tally sheets that VoterGA revealed in July. For example, a batch containing 60 ballot images voted for Joe Biden, and 40 voted for Donald Trump was reported as 100 for Biden and 0 for Trump. The 7 batches of ballot images with 554 votes for Joe Biden, 140 votes for Donald Trump and 11 votes for Jo Jorgenson had tally sheets in the audit falsified to show 850 votes for Biden, 0 votes for Trump and 0 votes for Jorgenson.
