This year we have heard so much talk about minimum wage and retaining workers. More than ever, businesses are watching the trend in minimum wage increases by states and cities. There are two times of year where minimum wages tend to change. Most states that update minimum wages do so on January 1. Many cities implement increases on January 1 while many others update July 1. Check out what we are seeing for state and city updates for 2022 here.

If your posters are out of compliance, it will result in FINES!
I will never understand why they raise minimum wage. The businesses just compensate by raising prices so its a lose lose situation. This messes with the people who worked hard for their pay and now have to struggle to get 6% raise to compensate for this.
As much Blue Collar Republicans hate the fact Union wages created the Modern Working Uneducated Middle Class and set the scale that Tradespeople and independent contractors now enjoy as a living wage. So employers don’t make as much, prices go up no one saves and everyone spends more. It’s how our economy works. People complain about service and waiting, feeling as if being a Consumer is some entitled experience where your hard-earned money is buying some basic respect. Money does not work that way and if you want a better experience do not part with it standing in lines and sitting in drive-throughs. If your dollar is that sacred save it and do for yourself and not expect people struggling to make living to cater to your whims and chastise them for having abortions you’d rather not pay them to raise.
