Judge rules United Airlines can mandate vaccine for employees

A Texas federal judge ruled on Monday that United Airlines can mandate its employees be vaccinated against the coronavirus.

In the 15-page ruling, U.S. District Judge Mark Pittman said that the plaintiffs, six United employees, had not established that they would suffer “imminent, irreparable harm” if he did not issue a preliminary injunction against the mandate.

“We’re pleased with the court’s decision today. We know that the best way to keep everyone as safe as we can is for everyone to get vaccinated, as nearly all United employees have chosen to do,” United said in a statement to The Hill.

  1. When Pedo-Slow-Joe’s mandate is ruled as unconstitutional, they will be directly liable for damages that should ruin them!

  2. People are leaving good paying jobs and will have nothing, but they will still have their health, because they refuse to be mandated by a crazy, bumbling old man and his communist government, to take a vaccine that is killing and disabling people and is only an experiment and those daring to experiment with it, are regretting it deeply. Why is it that congress doesn;t have to take the poison dart? Why don’t welfare recipients have to take it? Why don’t the illegal aliens that sleepy Joe has turned loose into our country and collecting up on all the freebies while hard working families and senior citizens on social security get shit. WHY?
