Masks will not be required when students and teachers return to Worcester County Public Schools classrooms in a few weeks, however officials “recommend” face coverings indoors for everyone, regardless of vaccination status.
District officials released the highly anticipated directive Tuesday in their official return plan for the 2021-22 year. The 45-page document, which maps out everything from cleaning and ventilation details to masking and distancing guidelines, was posted on the district’s website with a letter from Superintendent Lou Taylor.
“Within this plan, you will see that we have taken our best health and safety practices we developed between 2020 and now to ensure that our classrooms are ready for students to learn in an environment that resembles as close to normal operations as possible,” Taylor said in the letter.
well done – wish Wicomico would have done the same
I guess sign up for virtual learning was low because this is the first I’ve heard of the option. Nothing was sent to myself or my child by mail or electronically.
You do realize that the covid virus is so small, an electron microscope is need to see it???
It goes through your mask like water through a screen door.
But you sheep keep falling for the fear mongering your “leaders” keep pushing on you.
I can’t beleive how many people can’t live a moment of their lives with instructions from a self-serving, do as I say, not as I do politician.
