South Carolina Gov. Henry McMaster rejects mask mandates in schools: ‘We’re not going to do it’

South Carolina Gov. Henry McMaster (R) on Monday urged state residents to get vaccinated against COVID-19 but rejected calls for mask mandates in schools or additional coronavirus restrictions on businesses.

“The new variant, the Delta there, it does pose a real threat. We know that it spreads more easily,” McMaster said at a press conference. “But shutting our state down, closing schools, and masking children who have no choice — for the government to mask children who have no choice to protect adults who do have a choice is the wrong thing to do. And we’re not going to do it.”

  1. McMaster you putz. A short period of time for long term gain is more profitable. Look at it from a money standpoint you politico putz, if your major college games (Clemson, U of South Carolina) can’t have fans like last year because you won’t have masks and the gumberment steps in – thats ZERO revenue for the state. Ready for that again putz? If families can’t go to local high school football games because of COVID pressure like last year – zero revenue generated not only for the locales but the state too.

Where is your brain regarding revenue? Hell it took your bass ackwards state decades and pressure from the NCAA to finally get rid of the Dixie flag at flew over the state capital.

Wake up ess for brains – its all about the benjamins! Not you still sitting large and in charge.
