Governments should exclude parents who oppose the hormonal and surgical transformation of their children, according to an article published in the establishment Journal of Medical Ethics.
When parents reject their childrens’ claim to be transgender, “parents should lose veto power over most transition-related paediatric care,” wrote author Maura Priest, a candidate professor at Arizona State University.
Trained medical scientists should defer to the childrens’ wishes once they decide that the children are “informed and competent” to make a lifetime decision over their medical health, sexual relations, and reproductive choices, Priest argues in the June 8 article:
If the medical community is to take LGBT testimony seriously (as they should) then it is no longer the job of physicians to do their own weighing of the costs and benefits of transition-related care. Assuming the patient is informed and competent, then only the [child] patient can make this assessment, because only the patient has access to the true weight of transition-related benefits.
“Taking LGBT patient testimony seriously also means that parents should lose veto power over most transition-related paediatric care,” Priest argues.

My neighbor kid thinks he is an astronaut so we are to say he is to make him feel better about himself? BS A Parents job is to set kids straight and on the right path. Allowing a kid to make decisions that affect their life is not an option, that is for parents. (not like astronaut is a life changing thing) but kids say and believe all kids of goofy stuff, it is a parents job to guide them and teach them.

My father reminded me frequently that I had no choices until I was out of his house and on my own. I was very excited to join the military and see the world – you know, be me own man sort of thing. Guess what? No more choices there either and I now tell my boys that my service was the worst best mistake of my life. When I came home, I had a very real and new found respect for my father and mother, my country and most importantly, God.
You don’t give kids choices beyond hot dogs or hamburgers for dinner. A parent’s job is to protect, guide and nurture their children. Not pack them up with false expectations and lies and stuff fruit loop political agendas down their throats.
All of this has nothing to do with gender at all. This era of LOOK at me be SEEN and wanting to appear something you are not is rooted in mass advertising over consumption and not gender Dysphoria but personal objectives and cultural desires that will never be met obsessing on the self and the commercial distraction that you will never be what what you were born to be but are expected to realize some dream. You may not every be pretty happy or famous you may never have a good paying job a home a family you may never have a comfortable secure retirement as a happy grandparent. This gender thing has people thinking there is one thing they have control over that they can change. The same people are also prone to self abuse like cutting themselves and equally prone to substance abuse. It’s an evolutionary antisocial reaction to circumstances in our psychotic unattainable and unsustainable Hyper Reality.
