The first day of a preliminary injunction hearing that challenged Maryland Governor Larry Hogan’s decision to end pandemic unemployment benefits began Monday at 9 a.m.
Despite how the outcome plays out in court, during testimony Monday, Labor Secretary Tiffany Robinson said the U.S. Department of Labor will not allow the state to end benefits until August at the earliest because of a 30-day notice requirement.
The Baltimore judge over the case is set to issue a decision about the preliminary injunction by 10 a.m. Tuesday.

Instead of the previously required (for Regular type unemployment) 3 phone calls per week , Now they have
drawn up a Large list of Requirements that are NOT reasonable & people are NOT going to Tolerate !!!!
Get the same Lawyers who Save your Stimulus money to get on this one, Before it begins !!! Make them use

ALL states have a BIG pot of Unemployment money , Since ALL employers in the states are Required to pay
it into the state for ALL their Employees !!! Billions $$$$$
So, if the money is not there, then the states must have been Dipping into these moneys (Stealing ) from it

Yes the government wants the citizens to think they care about them giving them all that FREE MONEY now (unemployment and stimulus for kids). That way the people are happy with all their freedom and free money. Now when all that is cut off, all the ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS coming into the U.S. will already have taken their jobs and THAT MY FRIENDS IS HOW THE GOVERNMENT TAKES OVER EVERYTHING YOU HAVE AND YOU LIVE IN SOCIALISM/COMMUNISM.

No Hogan already stole the money back in June when he changed the website and did not notify anybody. He came up with this lame excuse that everybody needed to reapply even though the money was sitting there in our accounts and they had already asked and received all the documentation that they required earlier several months before this. After several days of trying to get on the website I gave up even trying, my business was ruined by a fake virus and this corrupt Governor stole my unemployment money that Congress set up and told us we could have until Sept. I had accepted Hogan’s July 3rd but when he shut off our money earlier than that without notifying anybody and not even allowing you to access the website and posts this flimsy excuse that everybody has to sign up all over again, you decide if I am right or wrong in feeling the way I do. As for me no thank you, nobody will be controlling me and I call it like I see it Hogan is corrupt as hell and I hope to hell he was among the Governors that took a trip to the Pentagon the other day and did not make it back home.
