Health and Human Services Secretary Javier Becerra on Thursday responded to criticism by some Republicans this week over plans to go “door-to-door” to encourage COVID-19 vaccinations in targeted communities, arguing- Contrary to what some GOP lawmakers have insisted—it is “absolutely” the business of the federal government to engage in such a push.
HHS argued in an interview with CNN’s “New Day” that it should be a concern of both the federal government and the taxpayer “if we are to continue spending money on people contracting COVID-19.”
Becerra highlighted that it is in the best interest of Americans to build up herd immunity to avoid more COVID-19 restrictions and lockdowns, which have been imposed in some other countries Because of the danger of the more contagious delta variant.
“You don’t have to answer, but we hope you do because if you haven’t been vaccinated we can help dispel some of the rumors you’ve heard,” Becerra said.

The Federal Government cannot force citizens into taking an ILLEGAL / EXPERIMENTAL DRUG that has not been approved by the FDA.
If they can why is there DRUG USERS / DEALERS in prison? What is the difference then between the FEDERAL Government and DRUG USERS / DEALERS?
