Dan Cox, a Republican state delegate, announced Sunday that he is running for governor in 2022.
Cox, 46, is serving his first term as a delegate representing Frederick and Carroll counties in the state legislature.
Cox called Vice President Pence a traitor in a tweet that he posted during the Jan. 6 attack at the U.S. Capitol by supporters of former President Donald Trump.
Gov. Larry Hogan, a fellow Republican who is barred by term limits from running again, has dismissed Cox as a “QAnon conspiracy theorist.”
Cox unsuccessfully sued Hogan over his stay-at-home order at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Well than there now. Good enough for me. If Hogan slams the guy, that is a good endorsement the way I see it. I’ll take hogans slogans as advisement. Lol It will be nice to have a Republican in our Governor’s Mansion, Mr. Slogan.

Hoggan is a vindictive sawed off, little, fat, lobotomized, backward troll. Him and his communist wife should do the right and move out of Md. If he thinks he’s gonna get the Prez nomination by carrying Md. he’s going to be like Parker when he dreamed of being asea and awoke wet with urine.
Cox is a lawyer and dared to buck the status quo. Unfortunately, the Md. legal system is corrupt. I’m sure Frosh got in the mix and worked his magic and presto, in was the fix!
I’d bet the Dims will empty the Treasury to try and stop him. Hoggan being his anti, that’s the best break Cox could get. If not so, then read the comments above mine and see for yourself. Cox would be better off WITH a brain tumor than Hoggan in his camp.
Mr. Cox; If you are successful, then please DON’T abandon the good folks of Md. like the ones Hoggan used his office to persecute and you represented in your lawsuit. That move will probably be an asset to your campaign. Not everybody in Md. is a natural ass like him and his buddies in Annapolis.

I thought the dough boy ran on helping Maryland citizens own and carry concealed weapons without the red tape they have now. Not a word it of him upon his election to our mansion.
