OSHA says employers who mandate the COVID vaccine won’t have to report its adverse effects

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration has relaxed its rules for reporting work-related adverse events involving the COVID-19 vaccine, releasing employers from an earlier requirement that they report any incidents suffered by their employees due to a mandated vaccine.

In April, OSHA said on its website that any businesses that require the COVID-19 vaccine as a condition of employment are required to report adverse reactions that arise from an employee’s taking the vaccine.

“If you require your employees to be vaccinated as a condition of employment (i.e., for work-related reasons), then any adverse reaction to the COVID-19 vaccine is work-related,” the agency said, directing employers to follow standard reporting protocol in such cases.

Yet by this month, OSHA had reversed that determination, updating the guidance on its website to clarify that employers no longer have to make an entry in the business’s “OSHA recordkeeping log” if an employee experiences a medical event due to the vaccine.

  1. So now you can’t sue your employer for forcing you to get it, and all the bad reaction / damage/ deaths will go unreported. Nice work OSHA

  2. Then they shouldn’t have to report any other work related injuries, either. OSHA has become nothing more than a money generator. “It’s NOT about safety, it’s about COMPLIANCE WITH THE LAW!” -MOSH employee to me.

  3. This isn’t over by a long shot. First, the shots are only approved under emergency approval, which is very different from full approval. From a genetics/genomics standpoint there are quite a few questions that nobody is talking about or answering. All three have issues, but were able to skirt the regs under the emergency authorization. As for the employers who required the shots, I do believe that it will be only a matter of time before a definite genetic link to all sorts of conditions is found, and then the liability battles will begin.

  4. This dangerous vaccine is still in the experimental stage. Yes, the ones they are trying so hard to get everyone shot up with. They know it has horrible side effects, which is why they want let off the hook when you come down with something bad (or dead) from the vaccine. I will not take that vaccine for any reason. Have you ever wondered why they are offering so many tempting incentives to take the damn thing? When did you ever hear of incentives to take a vaccine at any other time in your lifetime? Right! Never!

    1. 7:31 – I agree with you. There are too many unanswered questions and none of the shots are safe.

When I was in the military we got all kinds of shots before they shipped us off to desert Sheild/storm. Still don’t know what was in them, but other guys from my unit have all kinds of problems we think may have come from what they gave us.
