    So, now is it clear that ALL Maricopa votes do not count? Constitutionally, votes are required to be kept for 22 months yo five election officials 2 months to clear the machines for the next election cycle. SO WHEN KAW IS BROKEN, THESE VOTES CANNOT COUNT. PERIOD.
