U.S. Intelligence Admits Story about Russian Bounties in Afghanistan was Made Up the Entire Time

The U.S. intelligence community now admits that the story about Russian bounties in Afghanistan was made up. Fake news. A lie.

The reports of Russian President Vladimir Putin allegedly putting bounties on the heads of U.S. troops, incentivizing the Taliban to target American soldiers, was a falsehood propagated last year to stop former President Donald Trump’s peace negotiations.

The CIA admitted that the claim was never backed up by any evidence on Thursday. Even though the ridiculous story was more deep state war propaganda, the White House is continuing to push the Big Lie as they work to torpedo diplomatic relations with Russia.

“This information really puts the burden on Russia and the Russian government to explain their engagement here,” White House spokeswoman Jen Psaki said.

  1. And Donald Trump was blasted by the media for calling them fake news.

At this point, I don’t trust a single thing from the news media to be true.
