Nick Mosby said $45K tax lien was settled in November; no documentation found

Tax troubles caught up to Baltimore City’s top political power couple in the fall of 2020 and despite statements that the IRS entanglements had been resolved, there isn’t a paper trail or evidence to back up the claims.

The IRS slapped Nick and Marilyn Mosby, the City Council President and Baltimore City’s State’s Attorney respectively, with a $45,000 tax lean for their Baltimore property. FOX45 News reported on the tax troubles in October 2020 and then in November 2020, a few weeks after Nick won his election for his current position, he said the issue had been settled.

“It has been. You know I said it would be done in the coming days and you know I’ve been able to settle that,” Nick Mosby told FOX45 News on Nov. 23, 2020.

However, as of March 23, 3032, the lien was still in place, according to the Baltimore City Circuit Court records.

  1. WTH??? More Democrat coverup. Seems Democrats do no have to pay taxes if they are in government. If this was settled there would be paper work. OMG the Democrats in states and federal government are screwing the people big time!!!!!!!!!
