  1. The mismanagement of Baltimore City Schools has been taken place for some 3-4 years now. Isn’t that Governor Hogan’s entire current term? Why is he just now demanding an investigation? The State should simply take over the City school system NOW and figure who’s not doing a proper job later since we already know that they can’t do a proper job.

This is not something you can simply throw a face mask and social distancing at.

  2. So, doing the simple math:: Baltimore is only paying for 25% the costs associated with educating THEIR kids. The rest of us pay 75% of the Baltimore costs plus those for OUR kids. Governor Hogan thinks this is fair and equitable? Governor Hogan thinks State employees deserve a $1,000 “thank you” check while taxpayers continue to be soaked by Government taxation?

  3. Another black failure just another of so many failures that blacks have done and comrade Hogan and I pay for it.

  4. Let’s be fair. If you contribute to the decay, say so. If you don’t (or have a plan), say so. Otherwise admit that you are part of the problem. Someone has to.

    Or, maybe nobody cares anymore…
