Maryland ranked No. 2, just behind Massachusetts; and Virginia checked in at No. 6.

Somehow they overlooked the Baltimore HS senior who won’t graduate with his 0.13 GPA. Now reverted to 9th grade, he’s in the upper half of his class academic ranking.
