  1. Instead of building affordable single family houses, giving people an opportunity to proudly be part of the community, I am sure it will be spent on more section 8 apts.

We do not need more townhouses or apts.

People are tired of the shady rental practices in this community and the back room deals supporting them.

It should be illegal to charge an application fee, when you can’t even see the property and never had a chance in hell to renting it. Pathetic that you steal from people to make a living

  2. More section 8 housing which will further kill the city and county and turn it into a crime ridden ghetto . If you’re staying you need to form your own police force and provide your own security

  3. A chicken in every pot, and a roundabout at every other intersection. Bike lanes exclusively on the alternate streets.
