Is my family and I the only one along with a couple of friends I reached out to that heard what only can be described as an all-out gun battle in Salisbury last night? Hi speed car sounds racing and sporadic gun fire for five minutes easy with the grand finally of instant car calm followed by an intense conversation of near automatic gun fire. Afterward silence no sirens. It was like nothing even happened. Or am I crazy?
If you didn’t get killed, or your house shot up, don’t worry about. Your in da bury now. Welcome to the jungle.
My family hear the same thing. Would like to hear the official version of what happened.

We heard it too, and would like to know what it was.
There was gunfire over behind DQ by Bob Evans around 6:30 last night. Iwas waiting for my ice cream at DQ. Large caliber fired 1 shot then couple minutes there was 3 rapid shots from a smaller caliber like a 9mm. Then couple minutes later it sounded like they wer firing more shots just behind Herterick Chevrolet.
No sirens, Police or Ambulances heard.
That was just the nearly instituted diversity training program. The idea is to mix different calibers so that all guns are appreciated equally.
Remember those like the director of habitat for humanity insisting Salisbury become more like PG Co and Baltimore areas?, John Cannon and those making big deals for complexes of affordable housing {corrupt council members} This is what they want to bring to Our areas….more crime and drugs, higher taxes to keep up with it…..that is what we’ll reap with their housing deals.

Council members? As far as I know the only corrupt council members are John Cannon, Bill McCain and Josh Hastings. Slum Lord John Cannon is in bead with Jake Day, Mike Dunn and Bill Chambers so that he can make sure no legislation is passed that will affect his slum lord business. Bill McCain is using his business to do business with Wicomico County. McCain has done numerous appraisals for Wicomico County even though he is a sitting county council member.
Oh we are all supposed to believe it was cars backfiring. What a joke, we all know gunfire when we hear it.

There have been numerous calls for shots fired in the areas of Prince Street, Camden Ave, College Ave, etc. There was a car show and the noise you are hearing, authorities believe are backfires.

Salisbury Police are enroute to Rt 13 and College Ave for a report of shots fired.
Update: SPD is advising that they were in the area and they believe it is vehicles backfiring from a car club meeting.
The shots were heard all over Sby/Fruitland.
It went on for an hour, as could be heard in the Deer Harbour area
Others from Glen Ave, to N Sby, to Planet Fitness, to College Ave heard it .
Most people call BS on this as how could a backfiring vehicle be heard for miles, from the Mall to Fruitland.
I was in Deer Harbour on the phone with someone in E Sby and when she heard shots I did not and when I heard shots she did not, so there was no way it was the same event.
But the cops and the city will never admit what was truly going on.

Really strange how these reports were so widespread.There is no way that gunshots could be heard over an area that big.I heard the gunshots in the Truitt St area,but from what I’m reading they were reported from all 4 corners.
A bunch of gangsters came in and robbed everybody and started shooting everybody. A lot of people with money and guns and gangsters got crazy I ran for my life it was crazy
