It’s going to be based off 2019 returns, and if you didn’t file in MD you didn’t pay taxes in MD so who cares. Even people on unemployment file that as income.

If you don’t make enough money to file a return, then you don’t pay taxes. The other half of us are all ready paying for all of your services, so we should get a refund; not you. I pay one third of my income in estimated quarterly taxes as a contractor and am cutting back to make ends meet. I drive 2 cars with over 200,000 miles on them and cancelled all Comcast services except internet last week to reduce the bill. Only kept internet because my child is forced to be on line for school. GTF outta here!
