Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg says that the social media company has “no plans” to lift its ban on President Donald Trump.
“[We have] no plans to lift it right now,” said Sandberg in an interview with NBC News.
“At least through the transition we’ve been very clear,” she added. “There’s obviously so much happening, and this is such a big step. We will definitely let people know and be very transparent about any changes to that.”
Sandberg went on to say that such a move by Facebook shows “that not even a president is above the policies we have.”
Private companies can do want they want. Go somewhere else and be heard. It’s not like Facebook is the only game in town. You have Twitter, YouTube and google just to name a few. These companies are free and don’t make any money. The owners do not believe in having a lot of money and are committed socialists. They believe in even wealth distribution. For example they all have homes in LA and in their state every resident has even wealth and know one is homeless. Big tech owners do not believe in capitalism. Honestly they are amazing people because each one could be worth multi Billions but they make a choice to give it away. Also they do not believe in getting tax breaks for their company’s. Amazon is another wonderful example of socialism and practices what he preaches. Harris for President… remember built back better folks
If private companies can do what they want then why are most of them shut down for covid? They should be able to open as they please.
