Hotels approach 1B Unsold Room Nights during Pandemic: Report

Like many other industries, hotels have been hit hard by the pandemic, leading to billions of dollars lost in revenue, according to a recent report.

In fact, hotels in the U.S. are expected to reach 1 billion unsold room nights before the end of the year, Bloomberg reported on Friday, citing data from STR.

That means that more than 1 billion hotel rooms were left unbooked over the course of the entire year.

As of last week, more than 962 million room nights have been unsold this year, which has led to about $46 billion in lost revenue already, Bloomberg reported.

  1. Oh well, when you slaves understand all of this is to take your rights and to crush the economy becasue inflation was to big and the govt wants to be known as solutions not problems, they helped create all of this! Yeah it sounds crazy but not as crazy as someone who thinks they know it all becasue they stayed in a holiday inn express and is begging for more slavery and tyranny all the while other people are trying to show you what is at stake here and you demonize them! You do realize if it affects me, it will affect you all??

Matter of fact, Yeah where are those who were saying a year ago that there couldn’t possibly be any reason on gods green as to why someone would legitimately need help or assistance from the govt??? And that anyone who legitimately needs help is a parasite sucking off the tit of govt??? Where are you at???? Still think that now you??? Might lose your house because you have no job???? Yeah how is that working out for you now???? Slave!!!!
