Get used to it Folks! Hogan is destroying the bar/restaurant business. He announced last week he’s investing $25,000,000.00 into new affordable housing construction projects. WHY, because he’s stripping so many people from everything they own and playing the liberal role of forcing people to be dependent on government instead.
I can tell you first hand, the bar restaurant businesses are dying and I’m not kidding. I speak to owners each and every day. All you have to do is drive by independently owned local bars and restaurants and it becomes very clear, parking lots are empty.
Closing at 10 PM, 6 foot social distancing and the worst part, Hogan scaring the living crap out of people by pointing the finger at bars and restaurants. Yet the very people that are now scared shop at Walmart, Home Depot, Sam’s Club, BJ’s, pure Idiots!
By the way, BJ’s on the bay has in fact been sold and the building will be torn down. I’m told a hotel or condo project will go in its place. Congratulations Billy. Enjoy retirement in the best of health.
I remember going to Coach’s Corner in the mid-1980’s — so they have/had been in business more than 35 years. They weren’t just locally owned and operated, they bought from local farmers. We sold them fresh tomatoes and melons for years.

Just the beginning of Socialism / Communism where the government controls everything. How much will this effect Adolph Hogan’s businesses? Probably will not restrict any of them only add money to their profit even if he has to alter / change certain restrictions or State plans to benefit him and hers businesses.
