“Lockdown Larry” flys by the seat of his pants on restrictions, says he never locked the state down…

Gov. Larry Hogan said he will not wait on changing restrictions day-by-day, should the coronavirus pandemic worsen in the coming weeks or even days. “I’m not willing to wait, any time at all, as we see fit, we’ll change them if it’s an hour or a day, I mean we take action pretty quickly, as we have for the past nine months,” he said.

He added he thinks Maryland has responded “probably more aggressively” than any other state in the country. “We’re just making those decisions the best we can, every single day,” he said.

He said while many states had closed everything back in the spring, Maryland kept 70% of its economy open the entire time. The state’s goal is to keep as much of the economy open as possible.

“I don’t know what the definition of a lockdown is, we never really had a lockdown. We didn’t even have a stay-at-home order, we had stay-at-home advisories, we kept 70% of our economy open the entire time. But might we have to take more restrictive actions over the coming, you know, weeks or months? Absolutely. We might,” Gov. Hogan said.

  1. Typical RINO! Look, when you tell the tens of thousands of bars and restaurants throughout the state they have to reduce occupancy to 25%, HOW THE HELL CAN YOU MAKE MONEY! Anyone who believes this twisted mental case is anywhere near accurate is just as big a fool as Hogan is. THINK, even at 50% there’s no way to make money. Hopefully other bar/restaurant owners chime in and express their disgust with this twisted fool. For some odd reason people think we make millions in what we do. That might be the case for a very select few but most of us do it because we enjoy our recipes, cooking and mingling with customers. At 50%, forced to wear masks and abiding by outrageous rules when it is WE the business owners/investors who are taking the major risk in business, not some BS Governor who is using this politically to advance his Liberal agenda. Even at 100%, the bar/restaurant business is tough enough to succeed. I can’t wait to see this BUM out of office. You know, the guy who claims to be a successful small business owner. More Lies! He couldn’t care less.
