“Salisbury was ranked as one of the Best Places to Live in the United States.” They go on to suggest, “Salisbury named among ‘Best Cities to Live’”.
However, the REALITY of the article is as follows. “The city came in at 90 out of 150 in the publication’s annual listing.”
It’s all about making people pick up the paper in the hope that something major changed in Salisbury, which we all know is a load of crap.
Most people I know want out of Salisbury.

Salisbury is one of the LEAST safe/best places to live. I thought REAL journalists researched and printed FACTS. Oh wait, that’s what REAL journalists USED to do.
I guess if you stand on technicality the article is true…”Salisbury is named…” That’s ALL it is…’named’.
