Internal data from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has uncovered that hundreds of thousands of migrants have been flown into over 45 U.S. cities through the Biden regime’s Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans (CHNV) mass parole program.

On January 5, 2023, the Biden regime unveiled a plan to provide ‘safe and orderly pathways to the United States’ for up to 30,000 individuals monthly from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela.

Known as the CHNV program—short for Processes for Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans—it grants eligible people from these nations who have a U.S. sponsor and pass a background check the opportunity to live and work in the U.S. legally for two years under ‘humanitarian parole.’

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that the Biden regime has been operating secret charter flights to transport illegal immigrants from foreign airports to various U.S. cities. This covert operation has been ongoing amidst an unprecedented influx of illegal aliens across the southern border.

A wild brawl broke out at a Virginia theme park on Sunday involving two different groups of visitors.

Shocking footage of the incident shows a group of men throwing punches at another man inside Busch Gardens in Williamsburg, Virginia.

The incident took place around 5:30pm when a disagreement broke out between two different groups of visitors in the queue for the Pantheon rollercoaster, which first opened in 2022.

Recent unsealed documents reveal the close collaboration between the Biden White House and the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA ) in instigating the Special Counsel’s investigation into former President Donald Trump’s handling of classified documents. This coordination indicates a clear political agenda and raises concerns about the legality of the Justice Department’s prosecution of the presumptive GOP nominee.

America First Legal released a thread of documents on Friday, believed to be obtained through the group’s Freedom of Information Act requests.

The involvement of political figures from the Obama era in decision-making was highlighted in an FBI document from February 18, 2022, raising concerns about the investigation’s impartiality.

Following the discovery of classified material, NARA General Counsel Gary Stern consulted with Jonathan Su, the current Deputy White House Counsel. Su directed them to contact the Justice Department’s Associate Deputy Attorney General Emily Loeb and Associate Deputy Attorney General David Newman on January 21, 2021. AFL called Loeb and Newman “politicals who both served in the Obama White House Counsel’s Office.”

On January 24, 2021, Newman advised involving NARA’s Inspector General (IG) and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) IG, although an IG’s authority is limited to internal affairs.

Emails and letters exchanged between NARA officials and White House staff taint the efforts to obtain and use President Trump’s records as a political ploy. For instance, an email from NARA General Counsel Stern to the White House’s Su on September 30, 2021, indicated the White House was “ready to set up a call to discuss the Trump boxes.”

This is just laughable.

Joe Biden on Friday morning called into “The Howard Stern Show” in an unannounced appearance on the far-left shock jock’s SiriusXM show.

Howard Stern loves Joe Biden and slobbered all over him during the interview even though Biden lied his face off during the call.

“I know everyone’s going to think I’m doing a fake interview with you, but you are really here,” Howard Stern said.

Former President Donald Trump has said there is “definite anti-white feeling” sweeping the US — and warned “that can’t be allowed.”

Trump, 77, was asked during a wide-ranging interview with Time magazine published Tuesday about polls showing most of his supporters think “anti-white racism now represents a greater problem in the country than anti-black racism.”

“Oh, I think that there is a lot to be said about that,” the 45th president responded. “If you look at the Biden administration, they’re sort of against anybody depending on certain views.

“They’re against Catholics. They’re against a lot of different people,” Trump continued. “They actually don’t even know what they’re against, but they’re against a lot. But no, I think there is a definite anti-white feeling in this country and that can’t be allowed either.”

When asked how he would “address” that, the presumptive Republican nominee answered: “I don’t think it would be a very tough thing to address, frankly. But I think the laws are very unfair right now. And education is being very unfair, and it’s being stifled. But I don’t think it’s going to be a big problem at all.

“But if you look right now, there’s absolutely a bias against white and that’s a problem.”

We’ve all surely had dark thoughts that the CIA is really running the United States, including many media venues. Maybe that’s been true for decades and we just didn’t know it. If so, let’s just say that it would explain a tremendous amount of what has otherwise been clouded in secrecy.

How would this be possible? Knowledge is power while secret knowledge is full control. Even fake knowledge means power and control, such as we found out in the phony Russiagate investigation early in Trump’s term. They hounded the new administration for years under a completely fake scenario in which Russia somehow got Donald Trump elected.

Yes, that was an intelligence operation all along, one directly designed to overthrow an election, a “color revolution” on our own soil.

How dare an agency not elected by the people, and evading oversight and public accountability, put itself ahead of the Constitution and the rule of law? It’s been going on for many decades as the agencies have gained ever more power, even to the point of forcing a full lockdown of America and even the world under false pretense.

None of this is verifiable precisely because of the secrecy involved. It’s not as if the intelligence community is going to send out a press release: “Democracy in America is an illusion. We know because we control nearly everything, plus we aspire to control even more.”

The incredulous among us will shoot back: look at what you are saying! Your conspiracy theory is non-falsifiable. The less evidence you have for it, the more you believe it. How in the world can we argue with you? Your position is not really plausible but there is nothing we can do to convince you otherwise.

Let’s grant the point. Still, let’s not dismiss the theory completely. Based on a New York Times (NYT) piece that appeared last week, it contains more than a grain of truth. The article is titled: “Campaign Puts Trump and the Spy Agencies on a Collision Course.”

Quote: “Even as president, Donald J. Trump flaunted his animosity for intelligence officials, portraying them as part of a politicized ‘deep state’ out to get him. And since he left office, that distrust has grown into outright hostility, with potentially serious implications for national security should he be elected again.”

Ok, let’s be clear. If the intelligence community led by the CIA is not the “deep state,” what is?

Proving once again that the press never learns its lesson, the Washington Post graced us this week with a humdinger: “Trump, GOP seize on campus protests to depict chaos under Biden.” This followed a New York Times headline from December, “As Fury Erupts Over Campus Antisemitism, Conservatives Seize the Moment.”

In short: Nothing is ever a problem because it’s a problem. It’s only an issue because conservatives “seize” on it, or better yet, “pounce.”

But Americans, particularly Jewish Americans, are coming to their own conclusions about how terrifying these protests are.

They witness students taking over public areas, pounding on windows and accosting people, demanding that Israel surrender unconditionally to Hamas terrorists.

They read about activists cheering for Iran over the United States, disappointed that the ayatollah’s missiles didn’t kill more people. It’s ignorance and bile spewed on social media.

New HUD energy rules will raise the cost of home construction by imposing stricter building codes. Payback time is 90 years..

Homes To Become Even More Unaffordable

The Wall Street Journal comments on Biden’s New Plan for Unaffordable Housing.

The Department of Housing and Urban Development is mandating costly new energy standards for new homes insured by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA), which will become de facto nationwide building codes.

HUD last Thursday announced that it will require new homes financed or insured by its subsidy programs to follow the 2021 International Energy Conservation Code standard.

Many governments have declined to adopt the 2021 standards because of their higher costs. The National Association of Home Builders says the energy rules can add as much as $31,000 to the price of a new home. It can take up to 90 years for a buyer to realize a payback on the higher up-front costs through lower energy bills.

Not to worry, HUD says taxpayers will help cover the cost. It “is anticipated that many builders will take advantage” of numerous tax incentives in the Inflation Reduction Act “as well as rebates that will become available in 2025 or earlier for electric heat pumps and other building electrification measures,” the rule says.

These incentives include a $5,000 per unit tax credit for “zero energy” multifamily construction that meets prevailing-wage requirements that also raise building costs. HUD adds that builders may also “take advantage of certain EPA Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund programs, especially the Solar for All initiative” and an investment tax credit that can offset 50% of a solar project’s cost.

Even with the subsidies, HUD estimates the price of a new home will go up by $7,229.

You get a $5,000 credit but only if the builder pays union wages for everything. How much will that cost?

My general rule of thumb is to take government estimates and triple them. That’s for short projects like building a home. But 10x would not be surprising. And this is with subsidies.

Virginia Commonwealth University has become the latest epicenter of violent protests, as pro-Hamas supporters occupied parts of the campus, leading to a tense standoff with riot police. Authorities issued a shelter-in-place order for all students.

The confrontation began Monday morning when a group of student protesters established what they called a “Liberation Zone” outside the James Branch Cabell Library on VCU’s Monroe Park campus. The group displayed Palestinian flags and chanted “Free Palestine,” demanding an immediate ceasefire in Gaza and calling for VCU to sever all financial ties with Israel.

As the day progressed, tents were erected, and protesters fortified their position by forming a barrier around the zone.

As the day progressed, the situation intensified with pro-Hamas supporters occupying the library and courtyard. Police responded by deploying tear gas and pepper spray after protesters hurled objects at officers.

Holy crap, he’s getting worse. Who is keeping this poor old man up there in the public eye? It’s getting harder, day by day, to think he’s capable of making any substantive decisions; why are the Democrats continuing to place their presidential hopes on this guy? It has to be embarrassing — but then, the Democrats have plenty to be embarrassed about, assuming they are still capable of feeling embarrassment.

In this video, the president — the leader of the free world, the man with his thumb on the nuclear button — is faced with a line of inquiry from an unknown person, and you can see, sadly, clearly, that his mind just isn’t there. The lights are on, but there’s nobody home. He’s gone. He’s checked out. He’s rung down the curtain. There’s no jam on his toast. Whoever it is that’s speaking to him talks and talks, and old Joe just looks at him blankly until his mind shifts, and he meanders away without saying a word.

The RNC Research X account has a pinned post showing five full minutes of the president’s mumbles and stumbles; that post was placed on February 10th. Almost three months later, things are getting worse.

Journo-nerds gathered at their Nerd Prom – the annual White House Correspondents Dinner – for another round of patting themselves on the back and a good bit of lying. They also laughed at those they find beneath them – like everyone not at the Prom.

Before Nerd Prom ’24, the DNC sent a memo with a dire warning: Journo-Nerds unite! Dire consequences await the Capital’s Clan of Nerds if Trump is elected.

“You don’t hate journalists enough.” Journalists bristle at that sentiment. They see themselves as knights defending democracy. Much like Fauci was “the science” Journalists are “the truth.”

Of course, that’s a lie.

As self-congratulatory as the Nerd Prom might be (and it is), nothing compares to the slobber fest demonstrated by actors swooning over, and acting as toadies for, politicians. It seems apt that two groups of people who make their livings play-acting are drawn toward each other. Politicians love celebrities and celebrities love (some) politicians.

I grew up around Hollywood actors. I know how dumb most of them are. There are exceptions of course but most of them have little to offer in the real world. For example, Drew Barrymore, who is a resoundingly silly person. So, who better to interview resoundingly silly people?

Barrymore interviewed Dylan Mulvaney. Mulvaney appeared in heavy makeup a gown and a bouffant hairdo. Barrymore, doing what silly celebs do, knelt in front of him. That was a year ago so it must be time for more silliness.

I wrote on Sunday about a couple of very important things in the new CNN poll.

The first was that former President Donald Trump was leading Joe Biden by six points head-to-head, but by nine points when you add in other candidates, including Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

Perhaps the most intriguing finding—particularly in a CNN poll—was that 55 percent of Americans found the Trump presidency a success, while most Americans, 61 percent, thought Biden’s time in office was a failure. Even after all the media attacks and even after all the lawfare, Americans are just not buying it. They know how much better they had it under Trump.

But now, a couple of other polls along this same line confirm that Americans hold Trump in higher esteem than Biden. CBS’s poll said that voters in the swing states of Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania thought that they would be financially better off if Trump wins and that it’s gotten worse under Biden.

That’s a flashing red light for Joe Biden when those states are so important to the election and the economy is the most important issue.

On Monday’s broadcast of CNN’s “AC360,” Harvard Professor and President Emeritus and former Harvard President Larry Summers called for “close investigations” of the funding sources of the recent protests on college campuses and for “a lot of soul searching” regarding changes in university governance because the “trustees, who are the ultimate fiduciaries, who make all these rules about tenure and everything else have been much too passive through too much of this episode.”

Summers said, “I think, just as anybody on a university campus, when they get funding from the outside for their activities, is expected to be accountable, I think there need to be close investigations of how these protest efforts are being funded.”

After criticizing some of the actions of faculty and stating that there is a lack of accountability for the actions of some members of school faculty, Summers stated, “I think there needs to be a lot of soul searching about the way that universities are governed, and my own sense is that trustees, who are the ultimate fiduciaries, who make all these rules about tenure and everything else have been much too passive through too much of this episode.”

Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-NY) expressed his full “support” for the United States to “bring in” Palestinian refugees from Gaza.

During an interview with a reporter from Yonkers Voice, Bowman said the U.S. is a “land of immigrants” and “asylum seekers” that has always opened its “doors to immigrants,” saying, “[I] fully support that,” in response to a question regarding the U.S. opening its doors to migrants from Gaza.

“Should the United States bring in people from Gaza?” the reporter asked Bowman.

“We are a land of migrants, and we are a land of asylum seekers — anyone escaping persecution and oppression and violence — the United States has always been an open home to those people,” Bowman answered:

So, whether they’re coming from Palestine, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, Mexico, [or] Haiti, they’re coming here to contribute to our economy, which 99.9 percent of them are. We’ve always been a place to open our doors to immigrants coming here, so, yeah, [I] fully support that.

Last month the Third US Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that mail-in ballots with no dates cannot be counted by Pennsylvania election officials.

Democrats use this tactic frequently to add more ballots to their candidate’s totals following election day.

Their 2-1 decision strikes down a lower court ruling.” NPR reported last month.

“The main legal issue surrounding what are often called “undated ballots” is whether not tallying them violates the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which says a person’s right to vote cannot be denied for “an error or omission” that is “not material” in determining voting eligibility.” NPR reported.

Here we go.

The Biden Regime is considering ‘welcoming’ so-called ‘refugees’ from Gaza into the United States.

According to internal federal documents obtained by CBS News, the Biden Regime is considering resettling Palestinians who have family members in the US.

Egypt doesn’t even want to take in refugees from Gaza!

The US will work with Egypt to resettle Palestinian refugees who have escaped there.

CBS News reported:

The Biden administration is considering bringing certain Palestinians to the U.S. as refugees, a move that would offer a permanent safe haven to some of those fleeing war-torn Gaza, according to internal federal government documents obtained by CBS News.

In recent weeks, the documents show, senior officials across several federal U.S. agencies have discussed the practicality of different options to resettle Palestinians from Gaza who have immediate family members who are American citizens or permanent residents.

One of those proposals involves using the decades-old United States Refugee Admissions Program to welcome Palestinians with U.S. ties who have managed to escape Gaza and enter neighboring Egypt, according to the inter-agency planning documents.

In the recent press release issued by the Wicomico County Executive, Julie Giordano, dated April 29, 2024, she continued her all too familiar tactics of deflection and disinformation. The record must be set straight by applying law, truth and common sense.

The County Executive’s suggestion that the City of Salisbury would even remotely consider shuttering the Henry S. Parker Athletic Complex is simply preposterous. No reasonable person could actually believe that the City would, under any circumstance, deprive children of the, “…adaptive space for disabled children to play ball,” or “…get rid of the sensory trails or sensory pods” for special needs children. This unscrupulous and alarmist tactic was obviously fabricated by the County Executive to mislead the general public and distract from the simple realities that the forthcoming Safari at the Quarry off-road events are prohibited under Salisbury’s zoning code, and the public use of Henry S. Parker Athletic Complex is entirely consistent with the zoning code.
The county-owned Henry S. Parker Athletic Complex is situated within the municipal boundaries of Salisbury and is, therefore, subject to Salisbury’s zoning code. Henry S. Parker is open to the general public for the purpose of providing recreational opportunities and promoting healthy physical activities.
In other words, it serves a public purpose. As set forth in Title 17.04.040 of Salisbury’s zoning ordinance, any zoning restrictions, “…shall not apply to land, buildings or other structures owned by or leased solely to the federal government, the State of Maryland, Wicomico County, or the City of
Salisbury, provided that such land, buildings or other structures are used for a public purpose.” By its very nature, a county park with ball fields and trails is a public use and, therefore, allowed under Salisbury’s zoning code. The County Executive has raised a false flag, and in the most contemptible of
manners is using disabled children as pawns to achieve her political objectives.

Conversely, the Safari at the Quarry events to be held on county-owned property situated within the city limits serve no public purpose. The events are not being held by the county but are rather being staged by Live Wire Media, LLC, a private “for-profit” corporation. The events are limited exclusively to 4×4
owners who can afford to pay a substantial fee to this private corporate entity to participate, while all others are expressly prohibited from entering the event site at any time and for any reason. As noted above and despite Ms. Giordano’s wild assertions, the county is only exempt from complying with
Salisbury’s zoning code when a public use is involved. Insofar as the county is only leasing the event site Live Wire Media and the events are private and exclusionary, the public use litmus test has not been achieved in this district zoned for residential use. The distinction is unambiguous.

We encourage you contact the County Executive (jgiordano@wicomicocounty.org) and express your outrage over her distortions of truth, willful efforts to mislead the public and disregard for the will of the County Council, Salisbury City Council and County residents.

A disgruntled ex-athletics director at a northern Baltimore County Public School used artificial intelligence to impersonate the voice of his boss, the high school’s principal, then posted the racist and antisemitic hate rant on social media to share with the world.

Baltimore County Police Chief Robert McCullough told reporters his investigators worked with FBI agents and experts from the University of California at Berkeley to determine that a recording of Pikesville High School principal Eric Eiswert, circulating on social media since January, was generated with AI tools by Dazhon Darien, the school’s athletic director, to retaliate against the principal for not renewing his work contract and an investigation into the mishandling of school funds.

On Thursday, McCullough said his investigation found that “Dazhon Darien, the school’s athletic director, produced the recording to retaliate against Principal Eiswert, who had initiated a probe into the mishandling of school funds.”

Local media outlet WBFF’s investigative i-Team arm, Project Baltimore, originally obtained the audio recording, which is 41 seconds long, beginning with racially charged language about black students.

“I seriously don’t understand why I have to constantly put up with these dumb***** here every day,” the AI impersonated voice of the principle said, adding,

“Between these ungrateful black kids who can’t test their way out of a paper bag or these teachers who don’t get it. How hard is it to get these students to meet their grade level expectations?”

Due process of law, or at least its absence, is the heart of the unconstitutional lawfare aimed at Donald Trump this week in a New York courtroom, ostensibly for hush money payments to Stormy Daniels. This is a crossing of the Rubicon moment for our Republic.

“Due process” is ancient shorthand for the sum of all the procedures the government must comply with and honor before it may take a person’s life, liberty, or property. The right to due process is over 1,000 years old in English jurisprudence. It is a right of every citizen and a duty of every government.

A year ago, I wrote about DA Bragg charging Trump with a crime, but not identifying the crime. Within the past few days, Andrew McCarthy called the prosecution a “farce” and listed its many failings. Prof. Jonathan Turley wrote that Trump is not being prosecuted for any actual crime. Prof. Jed Shugerman called the prosecution unfounded, both a “legal embarrassment” and a “historic mistake.” Matthew Whitaker said that Judge Merchan, who presides over the Manhattan kangaroo court, is hopelessly conflicted to a degree that would make Joe Biden blush.

The fundamental issues with this trial all revolve around a denial of due process. This is criminally unconstitutional, and, because it is meant to distort a free and fair presidential election President, creating an existential crisis for America.

U.S. District Court judge William S. Stickman decided this week against Pennsylvania’s prohibition on 18-20- year-olds securing a concealed carry permit in order to be armed on their persons for self-defense.

The lawsuit–Lara v. Evanchick–was brought by the Second Amendment Foundation, Firearms Policy Coalition, and three private citizens, including Madison M. Lara, after whom the case is named.

Section 6109(b) of Pennsylvania’s concealed carry law states that persons 21 and older may apply for a carry license. Plaintiffs’ attorneys noted that Pennsylvania State Police Commissioner Robert Evanchick’s “active enforcement” of Section 6109(b) for permit issuance means law-abiding 18 to 20-year-olds are unable to carry for self-defense.

Hundreds of West Virginia workers have been thrown back into job hunting in a labor market with slashed wages as a plant in Weirton closed last week. The plant closure comes as the federal government refused to impose tariffs on cheap imported tin.

“It’s a tough situation. We’re used to working locally and making a decent wage. Everything [else] around here is a 40 percent pay cut,” Dan Strapazzon, 41 years old, told the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette about finding a new job.

Strapazzon, along with about 900 others, were told in February they would be laid off at Weirton’s Cleveland-Cliffs Inc. tin plant.

The reason for the closure, executives said, is because the United States International Trade Commission (ITC) refused to allow the Commerce Department to impose tariffs on unfairly subsidized and cheap imported tin products from Canada, China, Germany, and South Korea.

Whether Presidential Immunity is a Good Thing or a Bad Thing Shouldn’t Depend Upon Party Affiliation

“Whether and if so to what extent does a former President enjoy presidential immunity from criminal prosecution for conduct alleged to involve official acts during his tenure in office?” That is the question the Supreme Court will answer when it hears oral argument in Trump v. U.S.  on April 25, 2024.

Legacy media and the ladies of “The View” nearly lost their collective minds when the Court agreed to hear Trump’s appeal of the D.C. Circuit’s decision denying him immunity for his actions surrounding the events of Jan. 6, 2021. However, even Jack Smith, the Special Counsel prosecuting the case, argued that it was of “imperative public importance” that the Court resolve the immunity question before trial.

But forget about Trump for the moment. The issue is bigger than Trump and his legal woes. As the partisan divide between the left and the right grows larger, there is a real risk that the criminalization of policy differences could raise our current state of “lawfare” to a new level.

Several retired four-star generals and admirals, as well as former cabinet officials, have filed an amicus brief with the Supreme Court arguing that granting immunity to former presidents for actions within the outer perimeter of their official duties would raise questions about the ability of the United States to peacefully transfer power from one administration to another, and thereby pose a grave risk to national security.

The retired officials’ brief also argues that granting immunity would undermine civilian control of the military and undermine trust and confidence in the military as an institution.

The “parade of horribles” in the retired officials’ brief assumes that a future president would instruct subordinate military officers to carry out illegal orders for which they, but not the president, would be criminally liable. The brief also suggests that an unrestrained incumbent would use the military to retain power and, thus, destabilize America’s diplomatic and military standing among nations.

Of course, none of the hypotheticals feared by the brief writers occurred in the case pending before the Court. Apparently, they are afraid not of Donald Trump but of some unidentified future president.

In an exclusive interview with Remix News, Dutch political commentator and lawyer Eva Vlaardingerbroek warns Europeans that they must take a stand against rapid demographic change or become a minority in their native countries.

You’ve spoken a lot about White rights and the White replacement. But of course this kind of opens you up to these accusations of racism. So, how do conservatives deal with this Catch-22 of not wanting to be replaced in their native countries, but also not wanting to be attacked with this term?

You can’t. That’s the thing, you can’t. So you have to pick a side. Of course, you’re going to be attacked if you say, “Hey, this continent, Europe, has been predominantly White for the entirety of its history, and now suddenly within one generation, a few bureaucrats have decided against the will of the people that we should suddenly be a minority. Why do we agree with that, or why do we allow that to happen?” If you say that, you are going to be attacked.

But the only other option then you have is saying nothing and have it happen, so the choice is yours, and I’ve made my choice. I think there are many ways in which you can defend yourself, of course, against this ridiculous attack, so I’m sure that they’re going say about me that I’m a terrible racist again. No, that’s not true. I don’t think that any race is superior to another. I just think that mine is also not inferior to that of others.

The last time we checked in on Joe Biden’s planned ban on menthol cigarettes, he was considering postponing the effort because his campaign and Democrats are worried about angering black voters.

Now it pretty much confirmed that Biden is not going to try to put the ban in effect before the election, proving once and for all that all they really care about is votes.

If Biden wins in November, this ban will take effect in the months that follow and you can take that to the bank.

There has been, in recent years, a flurry of Second Amendment-related legal cases making their way through the courts, and one of the points addressed in these cases is the constitutionality, in mind of the Second Amendment, of bans on “high-capacity” magazines. While these bans make about as much sense as bans on bayonet lugs (which really was part of the 1994 federal assault weapons law) it’s still a sticking point for the would-be gun-banners out there.

One case, Duncan v. Becerra, challenged California’s magazine ban, and in that case, Judge Roger T. Benitez wrote:

The United States Supreme Court in District of Columbia v. Heller established a simple Second Amendment test: The right to keep and bear arms is a right enjoyed by law-abiding citizens to have arms that are not unusual ‘in common use’ ‘for lawful purposes like self-defense.’…  It is a hardware test. Is the firearm hardware commonly owned? Is the hardware commonly owned by law-abiding citizens? Is the hardware owned by those citizens for lawful purposes? If the answers are ‘yes,’ the test is over. The hardware is protected.

That “…not unusual ‘in common use'” bit is important. A study released in April by the National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF) examines precisely this issue. The Detachable Magazine Report, 1990-2021, has decisively debunked the claim that magazines holding over 10 rounds of ammunition are, somehow, “not usual in common use.”

Anti-gun advocates may have run out of evidentiary road on the claim that magazines able to hold more than ten rounds are not constitutionally protected. The National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF) has released a comprehensive Detachable Magazine Report, 1990-2021 that unequivocally debunks their claims. This study analyzes manufacturer and sales data on magazines and magazine capacity over an extended period of time starting in 1991 (“[n]o reliable data exists prior to 1990 to estimate historic detachable magazines that may still be available for sale or in working condition”).

The NSSF study concludes that the “national standard for magazine capacity for America’s gun owners is greater than 10 rounds.”

White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre speaks during the daily press briefing at the White House in Washington, D.C., on Thursday. During the daily briefing on Wednesday, Jean-Pierre exchanged words with New York Post reporter Steven Nelson.

According to a new report by The New York Post’s Steve Nelson, Biden’s surrogates tried to oust White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre last October but failed.

Recall that on the first day of her job as WH Press Secretary in May 2022, Karine Jean-Pierre wanted the reporters in the briefing room to know how special she was because she is a black lesbian.

“I am obviously acutely aware that my presence at this podium represents a few firsts. I am a black, gay, immigrant woman—the first of all three of those to hold this position, I would not be here today if not for generations of barrier-breaking people before me. I stand on their shoulders.” the 49-year-old daughter of Haitian immigrants said.

Karine Jean-Pierre is the most incompetent White House Press Secretary ever. Major DEI/Affirmative Action fail.

America’s largest and, for some owners, only option for a home insurer is pulling back its operations in the state of California, leaving many with no more options to secure their property’s value amid wildfire danger in the state reaching new heights.

As Statista’s Katharina Buchholz reports, after saying in May of last year that it wasn’t giving out any new California contracts, news broke in March that 72,000 State Farm policies in the state would not be renewed.

Now, a filing shows which zip codes these homes are in.

In many affected places, State Farm had been the only or only major insurer still operating, according to reporting by CBS. Most companies had already deemed the locations uninsurable due to the danger of wildfires whose flames have been fanned by climate change.

Among the zip codes in question are many wealthy neighborhoods in the hillsides in or near Los Angeles, for example Pacific Palisades, Bel Air or Calabasas. Others, like Brentwood or Tarzana, also include more modest stretches.

However, the policies most likely to be discontinued are for those homes in hilly areas more likely to come at a premium in or near big metros but also more likely to fall victim to a fire.

While you were hopefully enjoying your Saturday evening, some of us were hard at work torturing ourselves with clips of the White House Correspondents Dinner. Perhaps the dumbest, most tone-deaf event in Washington, the “nerd prom” is where journalists go to cosplay as celebrities while being assured they are saving the world.

How do you manage to make that dynamic even worse? You invite Joe Biden to speak and tell “jokes” like this.

BIDEN: I had a great stretch since the State of the Union, but Donald has had a few tough days lately. You might call it “stormy weather.” What the hell?

Be sure to play the clip because as bad as the transcription looks, the president’s bumbling delivery makes it all the worse. Props to the drug cocktail team for their work given how far past Biden’s bedtime this took place, but they aren’t miracle workers.

Of course, I’d quibble with the idea that the president has “had a great stretch since the State of the Union.” Maybe that’s what his handlers are telling him to keep his old-man anger at bay, but in the real world, Biden has the lowest approval rating of any president in history.

The polls have been good for former President Donald Trump, but a new CNN survey may just be the most stunning one yet.

Not only is Trump up on Joe Biden in the ’24 presidential race, but he’s now ahead by six points in a head-to-head match at 49 to 43 percent. Biden has lost ground since January when he was at 45 percent. They said the independent voters were breaking to Trump, with a nine-point advantage.

Now, many wonder what happens when the other/third party candidates are brought Into the equation. The CNN poll says it gets even better for Trump when that happens. Trump is at 42 percent to Biden’s 33, so Trump is up by nine points. Robert F. Kennedy Jr. was at 16 percent.

That spells big trouble for Biden and Trump has to be very cheered by that one, given everything thrown at him.

But what’s perhaps even more stunning for a CNN poll is what it says about the Trump presidency versus Biden’s time in the Oval Office. Most Americans — 55 percent —  say Trump’s presidency was a success with 44 percent terming it a failure, even after all the attacks by the liberal media. Meanwhile, Biden’s numbers are just brutal. Only 39 percent think Biden’s time is a success, while 61 percent believe it is a failure. That number has continued to get worse for Biden. People look back and they know things were better under Trump compared to more war, less money, and the chaos that Joe Biden has brought. Again the independents are with Trump.

Joe Biden is the least popular president of the past 70 years, according to a new Gallup poll.

But you wouldn’t know it if you were at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner in Washington on Saturday night. The glittering event is supposed to be a roast of the president.

Instead, it was a flattering suck-up to Biden amid jabs at Donald Trump.

“Saturday Night Live” comedian Colin Jost, best known as Scarlett Johansson’s second husband, is a Staten Island boy who reads The Post, so you’d think he’d have a clue. But he ended his performance with a gushing tribute to Biden’s “decency.”

“My grandfather, a Staten Island firefighter, voted for you, Mr. President … because you are a decent man. My grandpa voted for decency. … Decency is how we’re able to be here tonight. Decency is how we’re able to make jokes about each other and one of us doesn’t go to prison after.”

For that sycophantic slop, Jost got a standing ovation from the people who are supposed to hold the government accountable.

AstraZeneca has admitted that its COVID-19 vaccine could cause a rare but deadly blood-clotting condition, potentially exposing the UK pharmaceutical giant to tens of millions in lawsuits brought by loved ones of those injured or killed as a result of the jab, according to court documents.

Lawyers representing “dozens” of class-action claimants say some of their clients’ cases could be worth as much as $25 million, calling the Cambridge-headquartered pharma firm’s vaccine “a defective product,” according to the Daily Mail.

AstraZeneca, which is contesting the claims, acknowledged in a February legal document that its vaccine can “in very rare cases” cause a condition called thrombosis with thrombocytopenia syndrome, or TTS.

TTS can cause patients to suffer blood clots as well as a low blood platelet count, which in some cases have seriously harmed or even killed recipients of the company’s vaccine.

On April 19, 2024, the City of Salisbury sent a letter to a vendor of the county referencing the event to be held on May 4-5 at Connelly Mill Quarry Site.  The City of Salisbury has stated that this location, although owned by the County, falls within the city limits and is not zoned for such an event.  After meeting with our attorneys, it was determined that we are exempt from any zoning regulations as a governmental agency, especially because the event is a public-ticketed event.

Historically, the City of Salisbury has not interfered with Wicomico County’s use of County-owned property within the City limits.  This is where our concern lies with the Henry S. Parker Athletic Complex.  This complex is the home to many ballfields and the amazing adaptive field 7 ½.  The Complex was constructed in a conservation zone which does not allow such recreational activities to take place.  But, because we, as a governmental agency, are exempt from zoning regulations, we were able to provide a space for all citizens to enjoy and play ball.

As the Executive of this County, I am concerned that since the City of Salisbury has already overreached for an event to be held at the Quarry, what is to say that they will not do the same thing to Henry S. Parker Complex which we rent to various sporting events, including the USSSA Softball World Series.  Are we not going to be able to provide an adaptive space for disabled children to play ball?  Will we have to get rid of the sensory trails or sensory pods?

Governmental agencies are exempt from zoning regulations and given the autonomy to make decisions because they know what is needed for their citizens and communities.  I am asking that the citizens of the county, please contact the mayor, Randy Taylor at mayor@salisbury.md or any of the City Council to ensure that they have no intentions of using this same argument about zoning to disrupt or potentially shut down our ballfields and playgrounds.

It’s barely been a year since the 2023 bank crisis in which several large banks, including Silicon Valley Bank and Signature Bank, failed.

At the time, I wrote that the bank failures weren’t over, and that there would be more.

But it’s been quiet for most of the last year; the banking system has been pretty calm thanks in large part to an emergency program that the Federal Reserve created to bail out other troubled banks.

They called the Bank Term Funding Program (BTFP), and it essentially expired a few weeks ago. In other words, no more emergency lending to troubled banks.

Barely a month later, we have already witnessed our first casualty: Pennsylvania-based Republic First (not to be confused with First Republic, which failed last year) was shut down by regulators on Friday afternoon.

Republic First had the same issues as the others that failed last year — too many ‘unrealized bond losses’ on their balance sheet.

Just like Silicon Valley Bank, Signature Bank, etc. last year, Republic First had used their customers’ deposits to buy US Treasury bonds in 2021 and 2022, back when bond prices were at all-time highs.

By early 2023, the situation had reversed. Bond prices had plummeted; even supposedly ‘safe’ and ‘stable’ US Treasury bonds had fallen substantially in price, and banks were sitting on huge losses.

Remember that bonds prices fall when interest rates rise. So when the Fed jacked up interest rates from 0% to 5% in an attempt to control inflation, they were simultaneously creating huge losses in the bond market… which also meant huge losses for banks.

Silicon Valley Bank was just the tip of the iceberg. Plenty of other banks (including Bank of America) had racked up enormous bond losses. In fact the total unrealized losses in the banking sector last year amounted to a whopping $620 billion.

The Fed knew they had an enormous problem on their hands. So they created this Bank Term Funding Program, which was basically a giant game of ‘make believe’.

Through the BTFP, banks were allowed to borrow money from the Fed using their cratering bond portfolios as collateral. But instead of valuing the bonds at the actual market price, everyone simply pretended that the bonds were still worth 100 cents on the dollar.

In other words, the banks just made up prices for their assets, and the Fed allowed them to do it.

You realize, don’t you, that what’s going on in our country is the collapse not just of an empire, or an economy, but a comprehensive paradigm of human progress. The hallmark of post-war life in Western Civ was supposed to be a return to sanity after the mid-twentieth century fugue of mass psychotic violence. The wish for just and rational order was not entirely pretense. But that was then. Now that we are going medieval on ourselves, the not-so-ironic result will be our literally going medieval, sinking back into a pre-modern existence of darkness, superstition, and penury, grubbing for a mere subsistence in the shadow of scuffling hobgoblins, our achievements lost and forgotten.

What’s most appalling is that our governing apparatus is visibly willing that to happen. When Barack Obama warned America to not underestimate Joe Biden’s ability to fuck things up, was that some kind of joke? After all, it was Mr. Obama and his fellow blobsters — the cabal of Intel spooks, covert Marxist bureaucrats, lawfare ninjas, globalist megalomaniacs, post-liberal think tankers, weapons grifters, degenerate billionaires, and assorted mentally-ill camp followers — who inflicted Joe Biden on the body politic. And then ran him on the country like some demon algorithm designed to wreck the USA as fast as possible.

The source of anguish in all that is the struggle to understand why they would want that to happen. What debauched sense of history would drive anyone to such lunatic desperation? It’s a cliché now to say that the Democratic Party has turned its traditional moral scaffold upside down and inside out. It acts against the kitchen table interests of the working and middle classes. It’s against civil liberties. It demands mental obedience to patently insane policy. It’s avid for war, no matter how cruelly pointless. It’s deliberately stirring up racial hatred. It despises personal privacy. It feeds a rogue bureaucracy that has become a veritable Moloch, an all-devouring malevolent deity. And now, rather suddenly, it aligns itself with a faction that seeks to exterminate the Jews.

ANNAPOLIS, MD – Governor Wes Moore today announced that the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development has awarded Maryland nearly $69 million for homeless services through its Continuum of Care program as part of a historic $3.16 billion nationwide allocation. The state’s 10 Continuum of Care organizations will receive $68,928,914 to support housing and services for Marylanders experiencing homelessness—representing an 11.5% increase in funding over FFY22. Maryland was also awarded additional funding for projects that will support domestic violence survivors.

“I thank the Biden-Harris Administration and Maryland’s congressional delegation for both their leadership and their support of this historic investment in homelessness prevention,” said Gov. Moore. “This funding will bolster our efforts to fight homelessness and end poverty as we know it. Together, we will uplift our communities, defend our most vulnerable, and leave no one behind.”

The Continuum of Care program supports community homelessness response systems across the country, providing grants to nonprofit providers, states, Indian tribes, and local governments for permanent and short-term housing assistance, supportive services, planning, data, and other costs. Currently, 10 Continuums of Care serve Marylanders who are affected by homelessness, including the Maryland Balance of State Continuum of Care, which serves nine rural and suburban counties, and is managed by the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development.

The Maryland Balance of State Continuum of Care was awarded $7,353,991, a funding increase of 17.5% for FFY23. These funds will provide support for 36 ongoing projects or services, as well as five new initiatives, including:

  • Partnering with the Maryland Network Against Domestic Violence and other approved victim service providers to train Continuum of Care staff and establish a victim-centered, trauma-informed, and safety-driven process for those fleeing domestic violence to access the continuum’s coordinated entry system to help them secure appropriate housing resources and services.
  • Funding the Allegany County Human Resources Development Commission to support Rapid Rehousing and services for 75 households in Cumberland through client-centered case management services and goal setting that addresses each client’s unique needs and seeks to create a personal sense of accomplishment.
  • Supporting Southern Crossing and Fuller House, two joint transitional housing and rapid rehousing facilities that will provide furnished units and wraparound services that promote independent living in a creative and non-judgmental environment to 26 households in Southern Maryland.

“Marylanders who are facing homelessness need the shelter and services provided by valued Continuum of Care partners to begin the journey to long-term safety and stability,” said Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development Secretary Jake Day. “Through the department’s new Division of Homeless Solutions, the State of Maryland will continue to work with them to coordinate and deploy all resources, including this generous federal allocation, to end chronic homelessness in Maryland.”

A jury was unable to reach a verdict in the case of Arizona rancher George Alan Kelly, who was accused of second-degree murder in connection to the death of a Mexican national found fatally shot on his borderland ranch in January 2023.

The jury began deliberating April 18. After days of being unable to reach a verdict, the judge overseeing the trial declared a mistrial on Monday.

The case centered around the death of Mexican national Gabriel Cuen-Buitimea, who was found shot to death on Kelly’s 170-acre cattle ranch near Keno Springs outside Nogales, Arizona, on Jan. 30, 2023.

Kelly’s defense has countered the prosecution’s argument that Cuen-Buitimea was an unarmed migrant and has suggested cartel influence mired the death investigation.

“Long story short, this is simply not somebody who’s looking for the American dream. There’s no evidence that this person is here for those kinds of benign purposes,” Kelly’s defense attorney, Brenna Larkin, said during her closing argument on Thursday. “And we bring that up, not, you know, to be judgmental about Gabriel or to not have compassion for him. But when people are involved in a criminal lifestyle, it’s dangerous. It’s more inherently dangerous than simply being a migrant who’s coming here. So it’s relevant for that reason.”

Cuen-Buitimea had illegally entered the country multiple times previously and had been deported as recently as 2016.

Newly unredacted documents in the Mar-a-Lago raid case indicate that Jack Smith was after Obama and North Korea-related documents.

After the raid the DOJ was pleased with their findings and wrote, “I think we are in good shape.”

Obama must not have liked this

The corrupt and criminal Obama/Biden gang was after documents related to North Korea years later when it raided President Trump’s iconic home of Mar-a-Lago and took President Trump’s documents that he legally had possession of per the Presidential Records Act.

81 Million vote-getter Joe Biden must be proud of his comrades in Arizona, Michigan, Georgia, and New York.

The Gateway Pundit reported that the still questionably elected Kris Mayes announced felony charges against 18 Trump allies and alternative electors on Wednesday afternoon for the non-crime of questioning the 2020 election. She defended her witch hunt and the curious timing of the indictment – just months before the 2024 general election.

Trump probably won in 2020, so he should have little difficulty winning in 2024. However, will he be certified, or will the honor go to Joe, Michelle, or Pretty Boy? The problem here is the massive ballot harvesting schemes used by Democrats.

Let me be clear: Most Democrats do not believe they are cheating: They are simply “empowering.” In their minds, helping people to vote is a public service, even if it requires obtaining, completing, correcting, and transporting the ballots on the voter’s behalf. Democrats did that openly in Wisconsin during the 2020 election.

In no fewer than 206 Madison City parks, Democrats held “Democracy in the Park” events, advertised by Joe himself. Hundreds of special ballot drop boxes were strategically placed, and a couple hundred election “inspectors” helped thousands of fellow Democrats decipher the complexities of voting. Make a mistake? No worry, the inspector will fix it. Need a witness for your signature? The inspector can do that too. No ID? Just say you are afraid of COVID. In a hurry? Hand your ballot to the inspector. She will make sure the ballot is cast — and for the right candidate!

Basically, Wisconsin election officials operated a massive ballot harvesting operation in plain sight, and strictly in Democrat areas. The Trump team went to court, but in a partisan, 4 to 3 ruling, the Wisconsin Supreme Court dismissed the case on the basis of “laches” (filed too late). It was a ridiculous ruling, but don’t take my word — I am just an accountant. Instead, consider the angry words of the three dissenting justices:

Justice Annette Kingsland Ziegler:

“LACHES DOES NOT AND SHOULD NOT BAR THIS CASE… Once again, the majority imposes its definition of laches, which is tailored to its judicial preferences rather than based on well-established legal principles…The respondents cannot demonstrate that laches bars a single one of these claims…” [emphasis as written].

Justice Rebecca Grassl Bradley:

“How astonishing that four justices of the Wisconsin Supreme Court must be reminded that it is THE LAW that constitutes ‘the rule book’ for any election…” [emphasis as written].

Justice Patience Drake Roggensack:

“We are in a war.”

With these words, New York Times best-selling author Eric Metaxas opens his powerful, timely, and essential new book, Religionless Christianity: God’s Answer to Evil.

Metaxas expands his war analogy by pointing to previous battles fought to keep alive the glorious and noble values of America’s founding. The first and second—the Revolutionary War and the Civil War—were military conflicts fought by laying “blood and treasure” on the line for the ultimate prize of freedom. The third battle is currently spiritual in nature and has not gotten to this stage of violent destruction—at least, not yet.

Religionless Christianity is designed as a wake-up call to those pastors and churchgoers who are carefully staying on the sidelines of the cultural and political fight. Many simply do not see, or will not acknowledge, that a popular new “secular religion” has filled the void left by churches that are currently “silent in the face of evil.” This new twist on secularism can be seen as a Christianless religion, which is anathema to the genuine article.

The phrase “religionless Christianity” was used by Dietrich Bonhoeffer in a positive sense.  Metaxas explains it as “the radicalness of genuine Christianity,” whereas a “Christless religion,” which is practiced in many churches today, “is a watered-down faith that has made its peace with secular society—and with evil, too.”

Democrats are attacking “the entire American system of justice” in their targeting of former President Donald Trump, former Missouri Gov. Eric Greitens (R) said during an appearance on Breitbart News Saturday.

“Here’s the thing. The left knows — they know exactly what they are doing. They are engaged in lawfare, and worse than just attacking President Trump, Matt, they’re really attacking the entire American system of justice,” Greitens said, emphasizing that Democrats are “going after the core foundation of the country, which is the basic belief that we have a functioning justice system.”

An Ocean City restaurant’s request for expanded entertainment and carry out sale privileges failed to get the approval of the Worcester County Board of License Commissioners.

Commissioners recently denied requests for the off-sale of beer and wine, more live entertainment and expanded hours for background music from the Wicomico Street restaurant Toast, which is in the Emerson Towers building. The restaurant’s connections said they were seeking the changes to better serve their customers.

“Having a successful business there is not only good for that business but is good for the condominium,” said Pete Cosby, the restaurant’s attorney. “In order for you to have a successful restaurant here you need to have some level of entertainment.”

Mike Berardinelli, owner of Toast, told the BLC his restaurant, which is on the water, already faced challenges in attracting clients because of the lack of parking in the area and the array of noise and activity in the neighborhood. He said he wanted to expand live entertainment because patrons expected it.

“We’re not looking to have bands, we’re not looking to have concerts,” he said. “We’re looking to give people good dinner music. We’re just looking to have that option.”

He said he’d only ever received a noise complaint from one resident of the condo and that only he and his manager were permitted to adjust volume.

Members of the Worcester County Board of Education provided updates on school safety and the progress of the Blueprint for Maryland’s Future at a recent meeting.

In her monthly update on the Blueprint for Maryland’s Future, Denise Shorts, chief academic officer for grades Pre-K-8, reminded the board of the May 1 submittal date for the five pillar reports.

The blueprint intends to enhance the state’s education quality by steadily increasing school system funding. To achieve this goal, the plan outlines five pillars: early childhood education, high-quality and diverse teachers and leaders, college and career readiness, resources to guarantee student success, and governance and accountability.

Shorts, the lead on pillar one, said she and her team are revising the work they got back from each group to ensure the county can meet the May 1 deadline. The school system was also required to submit ten pages of its blueprint implementation plan by March 15 to the Blueprint’s Future Accountability and Implementation Board.

“Overall, they felt comfortable that the first part of the submission was great, and very few districts will have to make many revisions,” Shorts said.

If you want to know how insane the student protests of Israel have gotten on some college campuses, look no further than Columbia Student Khymani James.

James is the reported leader of the encampment at the far left school and was recently caught on camera saying some pretty shocking and potentially violent things. He has since tried to backtrack on these comments but they are out there for all to see.

One has to wonder at this point, what someone has to do in order to get expelled from Columbia.

One of the most vocal student activists leading the anti-Israel Gaza Solidarity Encampment at Columbia University, Khymani James, openly stated in an live-stream of an official university inquiry in January that “Zionists don’t deserve to live.”

James, who states in the hearing that he goes by “he/she/they” pronouns, live-streamed his meeting with Columbia’s Center for Student Success and Intervention, where he doubled down on an Instagram post that sparked the report. In the report, which he reads aloud at the start of the meeting, James warned Zionists who may want to “meet up and fight” and that he “fights to kill.”

“Do you see why that’s problematic in any way?” a Columbia employee asked James during the hearing, to which he responded: “No.”

While it didn’t pass this year, officials discussed the negative impact an internet gaming bill could have in Worcester County if it is reconsidered at the state level next year.

Worcester County’s Local Development Council, the committee that reviews how local jurisdictions use casino revenues, talked this week about how House Bill 1319, internet gaming authorization and implementation, would have hurt Ocean Downs Casino if it had passed. Del. Wayne Hartman said the bill or a version of it could come up again during next year’s legislative session.

“There’s no guarantee it isn’t coming back,” he said. “This state has a spending problem.”

The Worcester County Commissioners in February wrote letters of opposition to HB 1319, citing the way the bill would threaten brick-and-mortar institutions like the casino, fuel gambling addictions and result in lost revenues locally. Hartman said that while it was obvious from the start the bill was going to pass in the House, he’d worked with others to ensure there were some amendments that made it less problematic. He pointed out that the House was primarily made up of Democrats but that Republicans did what they could.

“We make bad things better,” he said.

Berlin’s elected officials voted unanimously this week to adopt the current tax rate for the coming year.

Town council members on April 22 approved a rate of $0.8275 per $100 of assessed land value, the same as it is now. The tax rate was increased last year from $.815 to the current level. Unexpected healthcare cost and other insurance savings and budget adjustments made in recent weeks addressed the initially projected shortfall for Fiscal Year 2025.

“Thank you for not raising taxes,” resident Mary Hedlesky said.

While no residents weighed in on the proposed tax rate during the public hearing, Mayor Zack Tyndall and council members had a lengthy discussion on the proposed budget before approving the tax rate.

“I think it’s important to have that conversation together before we act on a tax rate,” Tyndall said.

Much of the talk related to ways that revenues could be adjusted to allow more funding for expenses, such as fire and EMS service, as well as providing longevity compensation for staff with more than 10 years of service.

A recent article published by AT ended with the following ominous sentences: “If the USA is unlikely to become once again an overwhelmingly Christian nation (and this seems to be the case), where will we turn for a new morality?  Is it possible that we are now entering a century or so of moral anarchy?”

“Moral anarchy”?  Is this an accurate term, or is it an understatement of the moral decline we are living through?  Are terms like “moral degeneracy” and “moral collapse” better expressions of what we are facing?

Every perversion known to mankind is being embraced and gradually legalized.  The idea that morality is created by each individual as he makes decisions throughout each day is a step beyond anarchy.

Since Lawrence v. Texas decriminalized homosexuality, we have been in a state of moral anarchy.  Crude and licentious parades with many naked or almost naked men celebrating sodomy are considered by many to be positive and invigorating.

The abrogation of Roe v. Wade in the recent Dobbs decision does not end abortion, but simply leaves the existence of abortion laws up to each separate state.  There are so many different laws now on when it is legitimate to abort a baby.  Thus, the people have decided that it is legitimate for citizens to decide when a life is a life.  The truth is that a life begins and is a life at conception.  That is what the Holy Bible teaches and has been the basis of the sanctity of life — announced even in our Declaration of Independence — for thousands of years.

Additionally, the inefficacy of jailing people for many crimes based on the claim that those crimes are not really serious crimes or, as crimes, can be prevented by patience or therapy is now accepted by many prosecutors, including Chesa Boudin, who was removed from his D.A. position in San Francisco (even the San Fran lefties were turned off by his policies), and by Alvin Bragg and other prosecutors in New York City’s five boroughs.  Kim Foxx in Chicago and Larry Krasner, D.A. in Philadelphia, are also notorious catch-and-release D.A.s.  They claim that they do not want to waste precious financial resources by jailing people.  In NYC, in addition to this policy resulting in an uptick in thefts and assaults, we are back to rampant turnstile-jumping in the subways instead of paying fares.  Also, aggressive panhandling has become more common, and looting and pilfering have become epidemic.

As further evidence of our moral decline, divorce rates are sky-high, and marriage rates and childbearing are at an all-time low.  Academic standards have plummeted, and standards in every area of life have been lowered.  SAT reading scores were in the

We are watching the BLM crowd (this time acting under the Hamas banner) gear up again for violence before an election. It’s important to understand that this is all staged. One way to understand how Democrat politics operate is to look back at the political corruption surrounding George Floyd’s death.

On July 29, 2021, Peter Cahill, the presiding Minnesota State Court judge trying the four police officers indicted for George Floyd’s death, ordered the release of the prosecutors’ report detailing how Dr. Roger Mitchell, the then-medical examiner and Deputy Mayor for D.C., coerced the Hennepin County medical examiner, Dr. Andrew Baker.

The memo detailed Mitchell’s threat to damage Baker’s professional career with a critical op-ed in the Washington Post if Baker did not amend the language of his preliminary autopsy report by adding compression of the neck as a cause of death, something Baker had not believed was the case. Doing so would make the death a homicide. Baker’s ultimate report, which he’d changed in response to Mitchell’s political pressure, converted a death from natural causes into a justification for indicting four police officers for murder.

Floyd was pronounced dead on the evening of March 25, 2020. One day later, Baker conducted a careful autopsy that found no physical evidence that the officers applied excessive force. Instead, Baker suggested that Floyd’s death was from natural causes, not excess force, strangulation, or asphyxiation. Floyd had “severe” heart disease that put him at risk for a cardiac arrest under stress and exertion, something medical examiners see frequently.

A Kenyan immigrant who is set to be the new mayor of Derry City, in Northern Ireland previously called Irish patriots who oppose mass immigration “terrorists.”

SDLP councillor Lilian Seenoi-Barr, an outspoken socialist, was nominated to be Derry City’s next mayor.

A selection convention scheduled for Monday evening was canceled after Lilian Seenoi-Barr was nominated for mayor. The party bypassed a vote and went straight to nominate the new mayor.

Lilian Seenoi-Barr has contempt for Irish citizens who oppose mass immigration from Africa and the Middle East.

The Republican establishment doesn’t know it yet, but last weekend was a watershed moment for their party.

On April 20, House Republican leadership facilitated passage of a foreign-aid package that sends roughly $60 billion to Ukraine, $26 billion to Israel and Gaza, $8 billion to Taiwan, and exactly zero dollars to the southern border. The bill has since passed the Democrat-led Senate and was signed by President Joe Biden.

The vote will be remembered for the choice Republican leadership made to brazenly reject its own voters in favor of the “uniparty” in Washington, DC.

In a move that can only be described as “McConnell-esque,” House Republican leadership teamed up with Democrats to overrule the position of their own conference, their voters, and the will of the American people. Democrats on the House Rules Committee made an unprecedented move by crossing the party line and overruling Republican opposition in committee, signaling an end to the typically Democrat versus Republican battle and the beginning of the conservative versus “uniparty” war.

The disconnect between the Swamp and small-town America could not be more profound. How can a political party be so tone-deaf to the plight of the everyday American suffering under inflation, crime, and societal rot? How can a Republican-led House prioritize the borders of another country over our own border, even as American citizens are killed by illegal immigrants? How can so-called fiscally responsible Republicans sign off on what is now $174 billion in direct Ukraine aid with a national debt of $34 trillion, more than $250,000 for every American household? And how can House Speaker Mike Johnson, who had pledged repeatedly that no foreign-aid legislation would advance without first securing the border, so quickly be steamrolled by the Establishment?

In their desire to send billions of dollars to a conflict that our commander-in-chief has still, to this day, offered no plan for winning, the GOP’s leadership not only spurned their party’s own supporters but overlooked an opportunity to appeal to independent Americans frustrated by both political parties.

According to recent polling that The Heritage Foundation conducted with RMG Research, an overwhelming three out of four swing voters opposed sending any additional aid to Ukraine without also allocating funds for our own border. A majority (56 percent) of swing voters in

Qatar has had a lot of fingers in a lot of pies. While we knew about the EU’s ‘Qatargate,’ investments with the Kushner family, and of course Sen. Bob Menendez advancing Qatar’s interests, Politico reports that the Biden family’s ties to Qatar “would constitute some of the closest known financial links between a relative of President Joe Biden and a foreign government,” if courtroom testimony about Jim Biden’s foreign fundraising efforts is substantiated.

In June 2017, Qatar’s neighbors – led by Saudi Arabia, banded together and cut diplomatic ties with the country, citing its alleged support for terrorism. As a result, the country was thrown into a sustained crisis.

This week in Florida, Judge Aileen Cannon unsealed a trove of new documents that Jack Smith fought to keep hidden. And you’ll soon find out why. Among the documents unsealed were extensive exhibits, motions, and other filings shedding light on the intricate web of communication between the Biden White House and the National Archives and Records Administration in the lead-up to Trump’s indictment.

Investigative journalist Julie Kelly found something interesting in the documents that could change everything.

The first things is testimony from an FBI agent who testified that the General Services Association (GSA) had been in possession of Trump’s boxes in Virginia before ordering Trump’s team to come get them.
