Delegate Johnny Mautz is the only local Delegate to have the balls to vote against the racist bill giving funding to “historically black colleges.” Where is the funding for white students? How is this leveling the playing field? Kudos to Johnny Mautz. Shame on Delegates Anderton, Adams, Hartman and Otto!

We just passed @SpeakerAJones HB1 which provides long overdue funding for MD’s Historically Black Colleges and Universities. This legislation will level the playing field for all students in MD– regardless of background, or race, or college they attend. On to gov’s desk. #mdga21
