Two Salisbury seafood dealers charged with selling undersized crabs
Two Salisbury seafood store operators have been charged with having undersized crabs, Natural Resources Police said.
John Eric Crocket, 47, of Skipjack’s Seafood, received 13 citations and Bobby Lee Leath, 56, of Fat Boy’s Seafood, received one citation.
Investigations revealed that Crocket had 294 undersized crabs in his inventory and Leath had 13 undersized crabs in his, police said.
Something should be done about them selling crabs to EBT holders, It’s just not right, I pay cash, so I can’t afford them.

When you’re a seafood reseller, you’re at the mercy of your watermen. Not saying that they shouldn’t notice as they’re cooking them up, but the watermen are theones that cull them and put them in the baskets.
