Lowlife Guns Down Hardworking Grandmother-of-Two Dollar General Manager Over a $1.58 Purchase – Police Kill Thug in a Shootout

A wicked man brutally murdered a hardworking grandmother last week over a cheap purchase before being killed himself.

As WKRC reported on Friday, 44-year-old Dollar General manager Alexis Hill was working on June 23 around 10 a.m. when a man approached the checkout counter to purchase a pair of hamburger buns.

The Muscogee County Coroner’s Office reports that the individual, identified as 33-year-old Jerome Willis, handed Hill two crumpled $1 bills, which would seem like a simple transaction. But the situation took a sinister turn as Hill straightened out the money.

An unhappy Willis decided at the moment to step aside, pull out a handgun, and shoot her.

Hill was pronounced dead at the scene around 10.45 am.

Following the murder, Willis fled the scene. Police located him about three hours after the initial incident, but he did not go quietly.

Willis ended up paying the ultimate price, but not before injuring a K-9 officer and a human police officer.
