KNOW THE RULES: NO SLEEPING IN VEHICLES
Planning to spend the night in Ocean City? Make sure you have a legal place to stay. Town ordinance prohibits using a motor vehicle as sleeping quarters while parked on any public street, roadway, alley, parking lot, or other public facility.
Sleeping in a vehicle parked on public property is not permitted.
Violations may result in:
⚠️ Criminal charges
⚠️ A fine of up to $5,000
⚠️ Up to six months imprisonment
Before your trip, plan ahead and make lodging arrangements in advance.
