Because you hear it all the time… stories about Americans going to Europe and suddenly their stomach feels better. They can eat gluten with no problem. Their skin clears up, inflammation goes way down. They’re eating bread, pasta, cheese, meat, and dessert without and still losing weight. Then they come back to the U.S., eat the same basic foods, and everything feels like crap again.
Americans are sicker, heavier, more inflamed, more medicated, and more confused than ever about what they’re supposed to eat. Meanwhile, the official advice always seems to blame the person, never the system producing the sugary, salty, processed food. But it’s more than just that. What about our “healthy” food… is that also on a massive downturn?
