A new report reveals that Planned Parenthood expanded its so-called “gender-affirming care” business in 2025, with a 40% increase in sales of gender denying drugs to adults and children at 14 of its largest affiliates. That’s even as public opposition grows and evidence mounts of serious harm to children from the trans hormones and drugs.
The report from the Concerned Women for America Legislative Action Committee documented sharp rises in cross-sex hormone prescriptions and related transgender “services” provided by the abortion giant. These include dispensing cross-sex hormones in person or via telehealth.
Planned Parenthood Great Northwest, Hawaii, Alaska, Indiana, and Kentucky reported 24,295 gender denying “services” in 2025, up from 13,432 in 2024. Planned Parenthood of Greater Ohio saw transgender sales rise to 8,644 from 6,206 the prior year. The Pasadena affiliate jumped from 1,544 to 2,346 transgender-related visits.
