Nutcase Johannes Files Lawsuit Against Wicomico County, Names County Executive Julie Giordano And Planning and Zoning Director Tracey Taylor

I have to honestly tell you, between nutcase Johannes and the mechanic across the street in Parsonsburg, Maryland, these clowns have caused more trouble and costs to county taxpayers then anyone I’ve ever known. 

Wicomico County has unfortunately been subjected to lengthy court cases with this nut job, I have been in the court with the county each time Johannes has challenged the county and let me assure you each honorable Judge saw right through his complete BS and have denied him each and every time.

In the last case he once again looked like a complete fool and the Judge made a final call, get the shed, trash/junk and cars off your property within 30 days. Mind you Johannes had already appealed the former Judge and after this last case it was final. Johannes was fined and then he tried blackmailing the County trying to force them  into purchasing his property or he was going to allegedly sue the county for the same amount. 

Keep in mind Folks, the county has been fighting both of these jokers for over a year and a half. The County Executive and Planning and Zoning Director, (and staff) have had enough of their BS. They did make the attempt to lift the shed but the base at one started falling apart so they opened it up and found beds. stereo and all sorts of items used to live in the shed, of which Johannes did in fact sleep at that location, I witnessed it. He had NO plumbing and NO water. Where do you think he relieved himself?

I’m sure many of you saw the video of me going off on the mechanic across the street recently. What you didn’t see was what he edited out. Nevertheless, I don’t care. The County has caught the mechanic flat out lying over and over again. He claimed he was under contract to purchase the property and claimed he was making monthly payments. He LIED, I called him out on it as I openly called him a con man and a liar, that was edited out. He was also caught burning used motor oil in a make shift, (illegal) wood burning stove. He had no stack outside the building and the toxic fumes were killing us locally. After the county caught him twice illegally burning the motor oil the MDE state organization then came in and also wrote him up for burning motor oil. The state then filed documents with the property owner Adam Roop. Mr. Roop then sent a demand they immediately cease and desist. The Maryland Department of the Environment then caught the mechanic violating their order and was immediately fined.

Wicomico County has recently instructed the mechanic to remove all cars off the Johannes property, he continues to refuse to move them FORCING YOU the taxpayers to pay for attorneys that will ultimately take these vehicles away. Mind you, the county will place a lein on that business just as they have against the Johannes property.

So now, what would you do if you were in charge of Wicomico County. I would’ve destroyed the shed on the 31st day, no delays. I would’ve towed ALL vehicles and never return them, they had been warned. For Johannes to now file a lawsuit against the County, Giordano and Taylor just continues to prove just how nuts these guys are. They are urban terrorists purposely spreading their blight on us taxpayers, they do not care. The property has never been zoned for ANYTHING they are trying to use it for and ultimately they will be removed. 

In the very beginning I did have a discussion with Mr. Adam Roop. I informed him of what was going on and his only request was for me to please take the KIND route. Well Mr. Roop, a year and a half later we are now consulting with attorneys and if the cars are not immediately removed permanently  all of you will be subjects of another kind of lawsuit, mine. UPDATE: Now the dip sh!t mechanic across the street is claiming to be a victim. He’s a low life renter who owns nothing. He gets his jollies parking his customers  junk vehicles on the property next door and lies to the county claiming he is making monthly payments to purchase the property next to mine, he lied. Officials demanded he produce a contract or any documents to verify his lies, there are none. He illegally burned used motor oil in his rigged wooden stove and both the county AND the state wrote him up for the illegal toxic activity as well as the owner of the building Adam Roop, the mechanic then lied to all of them and fired his stove up again after they left, the caught him in the act. 

This guy openly admitted to me a year ago that he is a drug addict who is trying to turn his life around, his words, not mine. Drug addicts will lie, cheat and steal. They will spray paint used tires in front of the building they RENT and post immature signs claiming to be a victim. Clearly he refuses to pay the dump fee to get rid of used tires.
