One State’s ‘Extreme Left-Wing of Dem Majority’ Calling for Prostitution to Be Decriminalized

Colorado Democrats want prostitution to be legal across the state, and are working that direction, with a Democrat governor, Democrat majorities in the House and Senate, and an all-Democrat state Supreme Court in their arsenal of weapons.

“This month Senators Nick Hinrichson and Lisa Cutter, along with Representatives Lorena Garcia and Rebekah Stewart, all considered to be from the extreme left-wing of the Democrat majority, have put their names on the decriminalization bill,” explains a detailed report on the agenda at Complete Colorado.

Their plan, Senate Bill 97, “repeals the state criminal offenses of prostitution, soliciting for prostitution, keeping a place of prostitution, patronizing a prostitute, and prostitute making display. It also repeals the offense of pandering when it involves knowingly arranging or offering to arrange a situation that permits a person to practice prostitution,” the report said.

It also changes up state law on reporting prostitution, immunity, defenses, human trafficking, public nuisances, escort bureaus and massage parlors.

The plan is called “Decriminalize Adult Commercial Sexual Activity” and would ban any city or local regulation that is more restrictive that the state’s free-for-all proposed.
